I recently purchased a Tedee Keypad PRO from Getic and was very impressed with the overall experience.
The ordering process was straightforward, the price was very competitive, and the product was shipped to Canada quickly. I also contacted Getic before placing the order with questions about customs, taxes, shipping, and product classification. Their customer service responded promptly and provided the information I needed, including the tariff/HTS information and country of origin.
The shipment arrived without any issues, and the product was exactly as described and properly packaged. The final import charges were also very reasonable and, importantly, there were no unexpected customs duties—only the applicable Canadian HST and FedEx handling fee.
For an international purchase, especially from Canada, the entire process was much easier than I expected.
I would definitely buy from Getic again and would recommend them to anyone looking for competitive pricing, reliable shipping, and good customer service. Excellent experience! 👍
