Airmoto Omdömen 

I have 2 Airmotos, just under 2 years old, and 1 stopped inflating. I contacted customer service this morning and received a response within minutes! The response had great suggestions to try, but unfortunately the reset did not fix the issue. After some quick back and forth emails with pics and a video, they came back and had decided to send me a free replacement! I was not expecting that and certainly thought this could take days or weeks to ultimately get back to me just buying a new one. Getting this as the resolution all within a couple hours is AMAZING! Great customer service! Thank you!

Great versatile unit. Very easy to use. When I had problems they sent clear easy instructions on how to do a reset.

They responded immediately to my concerns and were able to suggest some ways to get my problem solved.

Pump is a great tool to have with while traveling. The customer service is very professional, fast, courteous and eager to resolve any issues.

Device stopped working after year plus. They took my call and got information from. So far awesome service.

The airmoto works great and is simple to use. I've had 2 questions and was replied to In a very timely.manner. I apologized for being a pain but I was told I'm not a pain that I can write them anytime with questions or whatevef. Very helpful.and nice ppl employed there. Its a great tool n more than fairly priced.

The original prder submission had an error in the home and mailing address. Submitted my request to Customer Service to correct and it was handled effectively.

Initially I thought my inquiry might provide little to no resolution, Lara (Airmoto customer support) proved to be very helpful and resolved my problem.

Good communications and fast response when I reported a problem with my unit. I give Airmoto an A+.

Even though it was a Saturday, support responded quickly to me by email and gave me a list of things to try that was very clear. I tried those very carefully and when they failed and I sent proof of such back to support, they asked for my address and said they're sending me a replacement. This unit I have is several years old but they're replacing it at no charge to me. How many companies do something like that?

I like that they listen to what we had to say and we sent videos of what was going on and it was obvious that it wasn't working. Thank you
