Ordered a custom jersey for my daughters 11th birthday and it has now been 21 business days since they received it - no shipping date in sight and her birthday has come and gone. Do not use.
Update: March 17th - I am still waiting for my jersey.

I ordered this jersey on Feb 8 and paid $25 for 2 day air. It’s 2/21 and I still haven’t received my jersey. Don’t order from this company it’s very misleading. Also to insult to injury the tracking # does not work. The only excuse they have is they will expedite after the jersey is made. I believe it’s coming from China because the company is in NC. It doesn’t take that long to add a number and a name if it’s done onsite. I needed it for a game that’s long passed.

I have been trying to get authorization to return 3 products since December 2025. There have been no RMA’s from this company. I will not recommend this company to anyone . They have a very poor customer department. Very very dissatisfied. Even if was able to get an RMA I would be out of their product and my credit. Scammed !

I'm giving this a '2' because the sweatshirt itself is very nice. However, my husband bought this hoodie about a month ago. He wore it ONE time and I noticed that Tuskegee was spelled wrong on the back! "TUSSKEGEE"! He reached out to 99J and I will say, they were responsive, apologetic & said they'd send a replacement. Cool! We didnt get the tracking number like they said they'd send BUT they did send a replacement. We received it yesterday... and Tuskegee is STILL SPELLED WRONG! WTH?! My husband is NOT HAPPY right now! He's purchased 3x before and I've purchased once from here - no issues with those purchases. Not sure why this one sweatshirt is so hard to get right but no one is wearing a misspelled sweatshirt that they paid over $100 for! Not cool at all. Issue is still unresolved as of today.

The product is great quality, especially for the price! I also had to make a return because I ordered the wrong size for a gift. They were quick to respond and were able able to fix my mistake quickly and easily!

Hey folks - warning notice - do not order anything from 99Jersey!!!! They are a rip-off company. I wouldn't have even given one star if the site would let me. We ordered a National Lampoon hockey jersey for our son for Christmas. They have a small check box intentionally placed to scam folks so they wouldn't readily see it on the order page about a special offer - another jersey in a size sm. They charged us full price for the jersey. We want to return the jersey, and all they will give us for the jersey is 20% ( roughly $10) and we pay the shipping or 40% in store credit. Lesson learned - there are always folks looking to scam people and this company is one of them!!

Poor communication, VERY POOR shipping time(It never showed up), and Im pretty sure the good reviews they have are paid and bullchit. Good luck.

Here's a real review from a human, I ordered someone a jacket for a gift. Once I placed the order, money was taken from my account and an email stating that my order is being worked on, never recieved a confirmation email with order number or tracking. Three days later, received an delivered email. No package came, no response from customer service, no one answers the phone number listed. Big Scammers.

I ordered three jerseys from 99Jersey on December 6th as Christmas gifts for my son, specifically choosing items listed as in stock and opting for their promised 2-5 day delivery. I placed the order early because my son was scheduled to fly out on December 21st to spend the holiday with his in-laws, and I wanted to ensure the package arrived in time.
Despite the assurances, the jerseys weren't shipped until December 18th, making timely delivery impossible. Now, the package will likely sit unattended on his porch for a week while he's away, risking theft. When I contacted customer service about the delay, their only resolution was a $25 coupon for a future purchase—which does nothing to address the issue.
If the jerseys aren't stolen, I'll be returning them. Extremely disappointed in the misleading shipping times and poor handling of the situation. 1-star experience—avoid if you need reliable delivery.

This is my favorite brand of 2025 because the style, service, quality, and customer care are all top-notch, and every purchase brings only positive emotions, giving a feeling of uniqueness and the desire to come back again and again.
