Customer service is non-existent. The website and app are all about buying more and more products, but when you have questions or problems, they are virtually unreachable. I purchased a tool and had issues with redness and irritation, but couldn't post comment, ask through the contact form, and didn't get any response through the app. The only thing that WORKS is the in-app purchases, nothing else. A tech company should have some interest in collecting customer experience on how people actually use the tech...
Absolute scam still not received my product…
Ordered a product back in February still not received it, on the 10th March I was told I would be refunded, I’m still waiting for the refund.

Don’t waste ur time or money!
Don’t waste ur time or money on the product. They can’t even bother to maintain the Facebook login so it doesn’t work. Email sign up is even worse.. it screws up after u go thru the whole process and put in the email OTP. Product is useless without the app as there are NO other ways to access the user guide or videos. Piece of shit product.
Device faulty - no refund offered
On the back of my last review .. I thought I would give the Aqua stream another go as the company said they do not offer refunds if device has been used . So I tried it on the lowest setting. I didn’t even get to give it a proper go , because the device kept cutting out . I made sure the device was fully charged and followed all the instructions very carefully . But my device is still faulty . I have contacted the company and so far I have been offered no refund . They have now gone very quiet on me . I would not purchase from this company again and I think you should stay well clear. Their customer service is appalling and they offer no refunds !!!

Finger WEG, hab über Douglas bei dem Shop bestellt, Artikel wurde von mir samt Gratisartikel zurückgeschickt dann wurde von dem Shop behauptet das nur der Gratisartikel zurückgegeben wurde und ich dem entsprechend Ware die zurück ging bezahlen soll.

Bestellung vorgestern früh aufgegeben. Leider muss ich jetzt geschäftlich verreisen & versuche seit gestern Mittag den Kundenservice hinsichtlich des Versands zu erreichen. Nach 3 Mails endlich ne Antwort & die Sendungsverfolgung. Soll heute noch a kommen. 👍
Schnell see Antwort wäre toll gesehen. Dass ea dann so schnell mit der Sendung ging ist super.
Bestellung seit über einem Monat offen
Wir haben die Bestellung für drei Produkte bei Geske zum Angebotspreis Anfang Januar bestellt und bezahlt. Leider ist immer noch nichts da. Seltsam ist das ich dann zum normalen Preis über Amazon das gleiche Produkt bestellt habe und es auch in wenigen Tagen bekommen. Eine richtige Antwort dazu bekommt man von Geske auch nicht. Das ist das letzte Mal das ich dort was gekauft habe. Ich kann es nicht empfehlen.

Another terrible experience
My first order from Geske was in October 2024. I expected to be provided with a tracking number, but there was no communication! After some time I wrote to them to ask about my parcel. They sent me the tracking number according to which the parcel was delivered to my address with a very simple signature which wasn't mine (there was nobody home at the alleged delivery time). After some back and forth, they returned the money in the end of November. Since I wanted these products (they were supposed to be my Christmas present), I ordered them again in November to another address. This time I asked for the tracking number straight away. In a few days I received a package with an item I had not ordered. I thought someone had stolen the items from the box, as it looked quite empty. I contacted Geske and they confirmed that they had mixed up my order. They requested me to return the item which I had not ordered and said they would send my order. On the following day I received another package which contained one of three ordered items (I had ordered two of the same). I asked Geske if I should expect each item arriving in a separate box and requested a tracking number. There was no answer to this e-mail. Now it's January and after several more emails which remained unanswered, I finally received information from them that the package was undeliverable and they would return the money (which they did). The whole process has been so frustrating, the customer service so inadequate, if any, and the waiting times so long, that I wonder how this business is still functioning! I will happily report them to the German authorities so that more people know about these issues and do not have to experience all the disappointment and frustration!

i wish i could read some review before i order it. I have order some device on their website couple of days ago and i am not able to see my order on their website when i login. Communication is zero. They dont answer my email. No option to cancel it

If I could give this company a minus score, I would. Much like some of the other reviews, it was awful service, poor communication. Order placed over a month ago and no product. Finally response a repsonse saying delivery failed due my address being incorrect, which was a lie as there had been no attempt at delivering and my address is correct. They better reimburse the monies!

Ich habe 3 Mal bis heute an das Kundenservice geschrieben.
Meine Bestellung PBTEU0629261206001 ist nicht vollständig. Der Facial-Body Roller fehlt. Das Gerät wurde von mir bezahlt. Ihr Kundenservice hat sich bis jetzt nicht zurückgemeldet. Ich ersuche um sofortige Kontaktaufnahme und Bearbeitung. Danke

Pedí un artículo e día 9 de diciembre. Al momento me di cuenta de que no llegaría a tiempo, con lo que solicité el mismo día cancelar el pedido. Me responden ( en inglés ) que ya no es posible cancelar, a pesar de que en el estado del pedido no consta que lo estén procesando.
Recibo el pedido el día 19. Solicito información para devolución y otra vez en inglés me dan la dirección de envío y parece que tengo que pagar yo los costes. Pregunto esto último y ya ni me contestan.
No he abierto el producto por si no me dejaban devolverlo, porque no me fío nada de esta empresa.
No la recomiendo en absoluto.

Extrem lange versandzeit… habe am 01.12 meine Bestellung aufgegeben - und heute über 2 Wochen später wurde sie noch nicht mal versandt. Keine Information - musste alles selber nachfragen. Das geht garnicht.
The worst customer service
I have email GESKE so many different times with no communication back. This is the worst company for customer service. After emailing to find out where my order was, I was told my it was delivered to my house. I have proof that it wasn't (security camera) the company sent me an explanation sheet to confirm I didn't receive the order. I filled this in and sent it back straight away, weeks later and many emails to them to follow up and I have been completely ignored. This is so frustrating. I spent over €120, which were meant to be gifts for my mam for Christmas. Avoid this company. Their customer service is the worst I have seen. I hope I hear from them ASAP
Avoid buying anything from GESKE…
Avoid buying anything from GESKE webshop. They took money from my PayPal account and simply canceled the order without any explanation. Communication in general is really bad. I received order confirmation in Hungarian and had to use Google translate to understand it.
