Almost a year. Still waiting for my order.
I ordered a book in March of 2023, it is early February of 2024, still, no book.
I call yo ask what the problem is and call I get is a recording telling me to leave a message.
Totally unsatisfied.
All I want is my money back.

Hi Eduardo, apologies for the wait in response to your review, unfortunately, we didn't have access to Trustpilot until recently.
As for your query, we only operate our phone lines between the hours of 9:30 am and 6 pm British time, so you may have been calling during our out-of-office times as we notice that you're from the USA. Without knowing which edition you purchased, we apologise sincerely for the delays you have experienced and hope that the issue was eventually resolved.

Ordered a book set May 2023, received multiple emails advising that there was a delay and would be another month. Same story every month! Still no book, finally received a refund in November!
Terrible service and not to be trusted

Hi Jan, thanks so much for your wonderful comments and glad to hear that you enjoyed the VIP meeting with Ronnie Wood!
We love nothing more than giving our subscribers the unique opportunity to meet the icons that they love, and it's our way of giving back to those who support the hard work involved in producing our limited edition titles.
We also hope you love The Beach Boys by The Beach Boy, it's one of our proudest editions to date!

Don't trust this company or their promises. I ordered this book on December 15th and only received it today, January 06th because I called and emailed every day for about two weeks. There is only an ansaphone..you can't talk with anyone. The excuse being an 'unprecedented amount of Christmas orders'. They promised guaranteed delivery for Christmas then didn't have the courtesy to tell me it wasn't coming. Really lousy customer service. Rubbish excuse. Watch out.

Hi Tristan, apologies for the wait in response to your review, unfortunately, we didn't have access to Trustpilot until recently.
As for your query, we never guarantee shipping before Christmas, only advise that this is the best time to order before cut-off dates worldwide for postal and courier services. We also state in marketing emails and on our website that our office and phone lines are closed during the holiday period, which is why your request was immediately followed up on at the start of January.
We apologise that this information wasn't stated more clearly and will learn from this going forward and we're grateful to hear that you received your signed limited edition after the busy Christmas period.
I cannot rate this company highly enough.
I cannot rate this company highly enough.
I purchased a copy of the Jim Morrison poetry book at the start of the pandemic.
Genesis Publications kept me up to date throughout the numerous lock downs.
The printing process time was affected by the pandemic but again I was kept informed of what was happening.
When the book arrived, it was even more beautiful than I expected. The quality is superb.
The vinyl disc that came with the book was damaged but it was quickly and efficiently replaced.
I would have absolutely no qualms at all in buying another book from this company.
Thank you very much for such a first-class item and for such impressive service.
