Genesis Publications Omdömen

Always a great company to deal with, sometimes slight delays in the process but I’d rather receive the perfect item than something rushed 10/10

POSITIVES
1. Great quality of the books
2. Being able to pay in installements.

NEGATIVES
1. Personnel turnover, which in turn results in not handing the pending work or questions to the other person.
2. Poor communication with customers, you never share in advance tracking numbers on book shippings
3. You always have many montes delays with committed book delivery dates.
4. For the price paid for the books, more care should be taken with shippments. I am still waiting after many months a book you sent to the wrong address.

One of the coolest memorabilia Beatles store!

Trusted and safe store.

I’m a big fan of the Doors, bought two Doors publications from Genesis so far. The Doors- A Guide to the Labyrinth standard and Night Divides the Day- Deluxe edition.

Absolutely fabulous additions to my Doors Collection.

Very well made and the bindings, contents, various contents are all something to treasure.

Can’t wait for their next Doors release.

I collect Genesis Books for many years,
they are beautiful made, have always signed booksides

I ordered the doors book and The Rolling Stones tour book. First of all these books were delayed and quite honestly should have. Given subscribers 10% reduction for being late on delivery.. the recent doors book due to pages being painted gold about 15 of my pages were stuck together. Getting them unstuck by pulling the pages apart damaged the edge of the pages. FTER ORDERING MANY BOOKS FROM YOU I WILL NOT BE ORDERING ANYTHING MORE FROM GENESIS A BIG DISSAPOINTMENT FOR WHAT YOU CHARGE US,,,,, FSW

I've got 24 books by Genesis. One best of the other. .
I'm always looking about the next in arrive. Great shippings, great artists, great quality.
THE BEST

Collectible book / media I purchased is not inexpensive but the quality is of the highest order. If you are a fan of the subject artist/group you won't be disappointed by a Genesis Publications project!

I have several Genesis books. From extremely limited editions down to the mass market versions. They bring me great joy. They’re meticulously designed and beautifully crafted. Some are so collectible that I daren’t touch them and others are there to be displayed and enjoyed.
I can’t fault them. They’re among my most treasured possessions.

QUALITY PRODUCT
The finished product Night Divides the Day special publication on the Doors, was absolutely stunning. As I unboxed my purchase, after months and months of excitingly waiting for its arrival, I was not disappointed. It was worth the price paid but the wait was excruciating lol.

Need I say more?

Unfortunately I did not get my order after more than half a year of waiting after the payment was done…

I bought my first book from Genesis about 15 ish years ago. I still have it. I have bought around 10 others since - All very happy.
Genesis books are high end , but also high quality . They are worth the cost.
Their staff couldn't be more helpful
Talk to them and they will defer postage until you are available to receive your book.
Very good packaging so your book arrives undamaged.

Genesis Publications - Absolutely Top Notch - Highly recommended

Hier passt einfach alles!!! Die Preise sind völlig ok! Man wird ja schließlich nicht gezwungen, die Publikationen zu erwerben. Kulanz wird ebenfalls groß geschrieben.
Bei Interesse werde ich mit Sicherheit wieder kaufen.
Weiter so!!!

I had a terrible experience with this company TWICE. I did alot of research before making my purchase, including calling Genesis. After ordering a very expensive Beatles book for over $800 that is always wanted, 23 years after it was published- 1) I was shocked to see that the so called "authentic signatures" weren't authentic AT ALL and had been printed on. It was VERY obvious. I have other signed books and know the difference. I'm also a professional Artist with impeccable attention to detail.

I provided photos to them and asked the basic questions of how a book that was "Limited Edition" in 1996- could still be available. No answer. Easy, because it wasn't authentic. I was disgusted that the company trued to gaslight me as if I was an idiot, and continued to claim the signatures were real- when they weren't. 2) Secondly, black and white photos are FAR TOO DARK. These were the famous Astrid Kirchnerr Beatles photos- and were so much darker than others published that the faces were so dark you couldn't even make out the features.

In order to get a refund I had to ship it it back to London from Australia within 7 days, which cost over $100. I had to BEG to get my shipping refunded, but the experience was extremely upsetting, disappointing and time consuming- considering the substantial cost of the book and way in which these are marketed.

I swore I'd never order another book from them again, but I ordered another one from a New Zealand book shop. It was sealed and listed as new. This time, thank god the signatures were authentic. But I was shocked by the awful musty smell has NEVER disappeared. Once again, the black and white pictures are FAR TOO dark. I know these photos, and they've appeared in many other Beatles exhibitions and publications- Genesis printing quality is NOT up to scratch. Also because there were two books in a slipcase, the whole slipcase fell out and needed re- glueing. The fabric stitching on the book is frayed and there were dirty marks all over the sketchbook. Not what you expect for $600 book. Will never buy another Genesis Publications books again, and they're customer service is terrible if there's an issue.

TREMENDOUS COMPANY THAT DELIVERS HIGHLY SOUGHT AFTER COLLECTIBLE AUTOGRAPHED BOOKS ALL BACKED UP BY THE BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Just received my 3rd limited edition book (this one being Eric Clapton and Friends Sunshine of Your Love) in the past 12 months and I continue to be extremely impressed with the hand finished quality of the book binding and the amazing clarity of pictures partnered with the insightful content in each book. Also, the books are shipped timely and in very secure, well designed packaging to prevent exterior damage. It’s great to receive a book with no creased pages or damaged corners. I’m a very happy customer!

This was my first purchase from Genesis Publications and I couldn't have been more impressed with the quality of the product & packaging (This Is Our Life- Tragically Hip).
As an avid music enthusiast & collector, I highly recommend Genesis book packages for the full suite of detail and presentation that is included in these sets. WOW!!
