I highly recommend Maggie with Gem Magic!! I saw 2 designs I liked elements of on the website, so I emailed to see if we could make something custom and she jumped right in, and I had the CAD design within 2 days of reaching out! It was exactly what I wanted and the price was better than anything premade I had previously looked at. For CUSTOM work?? Yes! The communication was great at each step of the process. The site said 6-8weeks turn time, but she was done and had it shipped in 30 days. I'm wearing my beautiful ring as I type this review, and I could not be happier. I wish I could add a photo to this post so I could show off her talent. I look forward to working with her again in the future.

The overall quality seems fine, but I'm not an expert. Fortunately, I ordered the item several months before my wedding. It took 4 weeks to arrive instead of the expected 3 weeks. If they changed the default delivery time to 4 weeks, many of the 4-star reviews would disappear.
