I've been using the GemLightbox for years, and it has always been an essential part of my jewelry photography setup. When the GemLightbox Pro came out, I upgraded, and it worked even better. Then the GemCam was released, and of course, I had to get that too! Every product they’ve launched has been impressive, making it so much easier to capture high-quality jewelry photos and videos.

But what really makes a difference is their amazing team. I've been in touch with Jocelyn, and she has been incredibly helpful. Anytime I have a question or need assistance, she patiently walks me through everything step by step. Her support, along with the entire GemLightbox team, has been fantastic.

I see how they have made the Gemlightbox so easy to use and I am just "in training" here and making mistakes that are so easy to overcome with their guidance. She helped me understand how I can optimize Gembox to work in my favor and according to our business needs. Of course their Gem Light Box and Gemhub software are industry leading in jewelry photography. And when you need support, there is no one better. I reached out to support, got an email within a day, and was on a video call with them a day later. 100% customer centered company.

Charles was an extremely patient, extremely knowledgeable guide through some extremely (for me) confusing issues dealing with learning how to set up and use our new GemCam.
