If I could give this site 0 stars I would. Upon first viewing of the website it was ok, and i ordered a hoover. When it arrived it was loose in the box and the box had damage either side. I opened it and it is a well used hoover, it was damaged on the front and still have dust, hair and what ever else on the head and up the pipe. The hoover also smelt like wet dog. I emailed the company to tell them the state the hoover was in and there I saw on the website they refurb hoovers etc, which would of been ok if they refurbed this one but looks like they just sent it straight out. I had no response so emailed a further 2 times and had a response of “ it was advertised used, you can return at your cost” I was not happy with this as the advertisement did not state used and sent them my order pics etc. They then sent me a fake screen shot where it stated “used”. I will return this hoover at my own cost to be done with this whole situation. But I do not recommend this scamming, lying company.

Thank you for your review. We would just like to clarify a few points, as unfortunately this does not accurately reflect how the item was advertised.
Your first email to us stated, “I didn’t know you are a second hand website?”
The vacuum cleaner purchased was clearly advertised as a USED ITEM, with “Used Item” included within the product title. The Condition Information also clearly states that the item is previously used, fully tested and may show cosmetic marks and signs of previous use.
While we do sell refurbished items, this particular vacuum was not advertised as refurbished. It was advertised and sold as a used item.
We would also like to address the suggestion that we sent you a “fake screenshot”. This is simply not true. The screenshot provided was taken directly from the product listing, which remains live on our website and can still be viewed, including the wording confirming that this is a used item. Nothing was added or altered for the purpose of responding to your complaint.
We are sorry that you were unhappy with your purchase and return information was provided when requested. However, we do feel it is important to correct the suggestion that we have been dishonest or misleading. The used condition of the item was clearly disclosed prior to purchase, and the original listing remains available to verify this.
Ordered some hedge clippers from GED
Ordered some hedge clippers from GED. They were despatched very quickly and despite being damaged in transit, this was rectified very quickly by GED. Unfortunately they were unable to provide a replacement but immediately sent through a refund.

Poorly packaged
Poorly packaged, no internal protection, outside poorly cellotaped. The base nut is missing so pole cannot be inserted into base. Even if the base nut was available the pole is dented and would not attach. According to the label on the motor this fan was made for ARGOS. Presume someone purchased this from Argos and returned it as faulty?
This item is not fit for purpose. My husband and I are disabled and have been told we must take this item to an EVRI return shop. This would entail me getting a taxi to and from shop. I cannot print a label at home, no printer. The whole experience has been an absolute nightmare, as a company you are a disgrace.

We are sorry that you were disappointed with the condition of the item received. Once you contacted us, we provided return instructions and a return label so that the matter could be resolved.
According to our records, we received no further communication from you to advise that you were having difficulty with the return method provided or that you required any further assistance. Had you contacted us, we would of course have responded and looked at how we could assist.
As this was a mail-order purchase, the item does need to be returned to us in order for the return to be processed. Tracking now shows that the parcel has been handed in at the ParcelShop and is on its way back to us, although we have not yet received it.
We therefore feel that describing our company as a “disgrace” is unfair when we responded to your complaint, provided the return arrangements and were not made aware of any further difficulty with returning the item.

In your message to us, you explained that you had not realised the item was a used item or that it did not come with a battery, both of which were stated within the listing. We were, of course, happy to accept the item back for a refund in accordance with our returns policy.

I bought a lawn mower from this company, and it was absolutely useless. This is back in early May. I sent it back, but they have not issued a refund. They asked me for proof of purchase, and I sent them the tracking number, but still no reply. I think my only alternative is to take them to court, which I will do very shortly

Unfortunately, this review does not reflect the service we provided. Your order was dispatched for next-day delivery, but Evri failed to deliver it. We responded to your messages, contacted Evri to investigate and tried to assist despite the increasingly unpleasant nature of the correspondence we received. Once Evri returned the undelivered parcel to us, you were refunded in full. We cannot prevent a courier delay, but we did everything reasonably expected of us to resolve it.

Ive given this company a 3 star review. (This may change) I recently purchased a Kettle bbq with a pizza oven, ordering was easy and delivery was ok. The problem was the wrong item was delivered so a few e mails have gone back n forth so I will see what the response will be. INOW WANT TO GIVE THIS COMPANY A 1* AS IVE ASKED MULTIPLE TIMES FOR THEM TO REFUND ME IN FULL AS THE WRONG ITEM WAS SENT, THEYVE ASKED FOR PICTURES OF PAPERWORK, THE BOX IT CAME IN ETC WHICH IVE DONE BUT STILL NOTHING.
