I placed an order January 3rd and come April, still recieved nothing which is well past their four week tailoring period and 10 day processing period. There was no shipping notifications, no updates, I reached out and all I was told was they needed more time. A month later I reached out again via email and got no reply at all.
Gamble shopping with them at your own risk.
Ordered a male medium and received a female medium
Obviously it didn’t fit and sent proof of the measurements and not only would they not acknowledge the differences but were extremely rude about it
well, there is a cosplay costume that I’ve brought in the 5th of June, and they have set it to me at the 13th of July
Product wasn't depicted completely so it didn't meet expectations. Delivery was weeks later than announced and actually to late for the planned use. Delievery costs were almost as much as the price of the small item I purchased and even that wasn't enough because I had to pay extra to FedEx which made the delivery more expensive than the actual product. Had this been transparent from the beginning I would not have made the purchase. In short: I paid more than originally agreed and expected for a late delivery of a product that was not worth it, do not recommend.
Jeg bestilte et costume til min søn for 23 dage siden, der stod det ville tage 1-3 uger at lave kostumet og 6-9 dage i fragt, jeg skriver til dem efter 14 dage og spørger ind til hvornår det bliver afsendt da det er til et specielt event, jeg får blot at vide at det er under konstruktion, der går en uge mere og jeg skriver igen til kundeservice og spørger ind til hvornår det bliver afsendt men får intet svar,på deres side kan jeg kun se at de har modtaget ordren og intet andet. Det har kostet over 1000kr og så er det ikke engang sikkert at min søn kan bruge det hvis det ikke snart bliver sendt
I am soo upset. Planned 4 weeks and saw they had a 2 weeks tailoring with 3-4 days express delivery. I chose the express and waiting over 4 weeks. Nothing. If you don't contact them, you will never get your items on specified date. Ontop of that, they added $20 cancellation fee for the fact the never sent the item out by specific date, that's very appalling customer service.
Was told 2 weeks delivery, that was 6 weeks ago. Company keeps lying about the delivery time over email, I think it’s a scam!
Ich habe das Freminet cosplay bei Gcosplay gekauft weil es auf den Bildern hochwertig aussah und schnell geliefert werden sollte.
Beides trifft nicht wirklich zu.
Die Lieferung dauerte ca doppelt so lang wie angegeben und es kam defekt hier an. Die Halterung der Beinteile (die um die Oberschenkel kommen) sind fast ganz ab, würde ich es anziehen, würden sie wahrscheinlich ganz abgehen, weshalb ich sie garnicht erst anprobiert habe.
Die Vision ist beim auspacken auch sofort abgefallen und auseinander gefallen.
Die Größe passt nicht wirklich zusammen. Wärend das Cape recht gut sitzt, ist der untere Anzug zu groß, die Ärmellänge hingegen passend aber der Daumen der handschuhe viel zu lang. Insgesamt überzeugt mich das Cosplay nicht.
Der Verkäufer reagiert nicht auf die Email in der ich erklärte habe das es defekt hier ankam (inklusive Fotos).
Insgesamt nicht wirklich empfehlenswert.
I have their unohana costume and it's exactly like the picture, great customer service and fast shipping!
For as much as I paid for this cosplay I was expected Spirit Halloween quality and I was okay with that.
But what I got was actually a MUCH better quality than what I was expecting!! It was so comfortable I could actually seem myself wearing at least the pants just around the house and the craftsmanship looks professionally done!! I'm honestly flabbergasted I got this so cheap - shipping from the day of order took about five weeks which was also pretty good considering the tailoring time and sending it from overseas. Once it was shipped out, shipping was REALLY fast. The wig I got from them was really soft and good quality too and they threw in a good quality wig cap! I highly recommend them for affordable cosplay!!
