Extremely Poor Sizing and Service
The quality of the cosplay itself is amazing. The materials and craftsmanship are really good.
However, everything around it is absolutely terrible.
The size chart is complete nonsense and does not match the actual measurements of the cosplay at all. I measured my entire body carefully, and according to the chart I should have ordered size M. Uwowo even states that if you’re unsure about sizing, you should order one size bigger. I didn’t follow that advice and ordered size S instead, since I have always worn size S.
When I tried on the size S cosplay, it was so huge that the clothes wouldn’t even stay on my body.
The return process with Uwowo is incredibly stressful. Even though this was clearly their fault for providing incorrect measurements online, I had to pay all shipping costs myself:
$20 for the S cosplay, $20 to send it back, and another $10 to have the replacement shipped to me from China.
You are completely left on your own as a customer. As “compensation,” they only offered me a $10 coupon for my next order.
Overall, this is an unbelievably bad system and terrible service. I will definitely be ordering my cosplays elsewhere in the future.
Sehr schlechte Qualität
Ich habe bis jetzt zwei mal dort bestellt und wurde auch genauso oft enttäuscht.
Die mase welche in der Größentabelle stehen stimmen von vorne bis hinten nicht. Xl passt wie eine s. Man bekommt keine lösung angeboten da sich der kundendienst bei fragen nie meldet. Die Qualität ist sehr plastikhaft. Werde dort nichtmehr bestellen.

responose from the seller? verry aggresive email stating wich gives me the idea there is no way you will be able to actualy get a refund. they essentialy say they will be looking for defects until they find one that they can write off as a reason to not give a refund.
Significant drop in quality recently
I've purchased a lot of stuff from this store in the past and never had any problems. Although the last 3 costumes (2B shinobi, 2B officer and Mona from genshin impact) have been really low quality. compared to what is pictured on the site. Particulary the Mona costume I received this week, it was covered in glue marks and the PVC parts of the costume have really harsh creases in them which pretty much ruins it.
They don't restock after they sold out
There's one cosplay i want to wear so bad and they never restock it after it sold out. Also it's too expensive in my opinion. Don't really recommend buying from the store if you couldn't afford expensive costumes.
Experience after two orders
I have ordered two cosplays from Uwowo and had no issues so far. I had to do minor changes to my liking, but these took me a maximum of 30 minutes each. When I ordered a set and one piece wasn't ready yet, but would've been needed for the next convention, I contacted customer support if they can send me the stuff that was ready immediately and it worked without any problem, the support also reacted very fast.

I myself ordered alot from Uwowo in the last few years (About 50 cosplays).
The quality of the cosplays went down really bad in the last 2 years. The fabric choices are questionable and the Cosplays poorly made ( lots of errors and not true to sizing chart ). U can order a 3XL and they send an XL marked as 3XL. The 3d printed accessories have layer lines that are strongly visible.
The costumer support is the worst thing rn. Don't make refunds, bad reasoning and overall scammy
The quality isn't what it used to be as well as the unprofessional service is reason enough to not order again
THEY SCAM YOU
Didn't refund me fully. Ordered from their international website, I was confused as to why there's no update to my order for 2 months and contacted their customer service. First, they told me it's out of stock, second, they said it's because the last stocks are a defect so that's why they wouldn't sent it. Inconsistency in reasoning. Why didn't I receive an e-mail beforehand? Why is it still available in their website to purchase then? Asked for a refund, and they didn't give me all of my money when it's ENTIRELY their fault. Complained again, still didn't send me the rest of my money. Never order from this trash company. Shittiest customer service known to man.
Sent the completely wrong size.
The cosplay itself was great quality but I ordered a XXXL and they sent me a small. When I reached out they said I had to return it within 10 days (meaning I'd have to pay more for expedited shipping) and when they had it then and only then would I get a refund- minus what I paid for shipping. It's honestly a horrible policy when it was literally their screw up. It's less money to just buy the same cosplay and hope they send the correct size. I don't even know how one would mix up an XXXL with a small?
Bad experience for me
I was recommended this website by a friend who had a good experience with Uwowocosplay, so I thought I would buy a cosplay from them 2 months in advance for a convention I was going to. I ordered it in August. They dispatched my order pretty quickly, however it all went down hill from there. I was given a tracking number to a website with no name and under the ‘location’ section it was completely blank the whole time. The description of the parcel’s status was all in Chinese so I had to translate it and it was saying my parcel had reached my country but it was at some pick up area near my address. I wasn’t told who my courier was so I couldn’t contact anyone. So I started emailing Uwowocosplay back and forth with them eventually telling me it had been delivered to my address on the 3rd of October, but I know it hadn’t because I work from home. It’s nearly November and my cosplay has still not arrived and they have stopped emailing me back. I am now in the process of getting a refund through PayPal, but it’s been nearly a week and no reply from Uwowocosplay about my refund. I am beyond disappointed with my first time experience with this company and will definitely not be ordering from them again.To this day, I still have no idea who has my parcel or who delivered it or even signed for it, because I was never notified.

I bought a cosplay that was Small and they sent me a Large How am I supposed to fit my twink body in it. I’m greatly disappointed in uwowo and how they treated me. Save yourselves and go to another site and save yourself from trauma uwowo nah more like nowowo

This company is not as good as it used to be, they stopped giving a damn about their customers, sell almost everything in 2 sets which is SO unnecessary for smaller cosplays that don't need it, their quality doesn't hold up to their images anymore (i.e Sparkle, Silver Wolf and probably so many more). Their customer service is ASS. Do yourself a favor and save your money instead of wasting it for some low quality service and products. They do NOT care for their customers AT ALL.
Sizing very wrong
Bought a Cosplay for $100. The quality was okay but it didn't fit at all despite me having gotten the right size. Now i'm trying to return it but they said have to pay the shipping fee (which is $40 and up) and won't get that refunded. This is honestly just so rude and i'm probably having to use Paypal to help me get my money back if they won't pay the shipping fee back.

So good. No complications, customer service instantly answered my questions. However, I do recommend sizing up. I ordered a 2B costume and it is amazing, both quality, look, and feel.
The Coven Ahri one was also good however the website measurements were a bit off - it said it could fit a bust of 112, but it was still much too small despite being supposed to be too big for me. I'll sadly have to remake one myself from scratch.

I used to be a loyal customer of Uwowo for a few years now, since their costume quality was surprisingly good.
Sadly, I wasted my money for the Black Friday sale by getting my hands on the strictly limited Mystery Costume Bags, which was supposed to contain 3 random costumes with the opportunity for giving wishes. One wish was granted, the second cosplay was ok as well, but the third cosplay was a joke.
The box was supposed to contain 3 costumes. The third item was a simple jacket without anything else. I had some trouble finding the character, since it's already sold out on Uwowo's site, but after successful hours of Google Search, I was able to find the character, only to see, that the jacket was like 20% of the characters outfit, and therefore being absolutely useless without the rest of the costume.
First, I thought, they might have missed the rest of the items, so I wrote to the Uwowo support. They just stated, that this jacket alone was considered a costume and after 3 days of forth and back with the support and major complaints from my site, they ignored me...
I see this as a money-hungry fraud from their side.
Their website definitely stated, that I would get 3 costumes. Yet I only got two costumes and 1 accessory, which is completely useless by itself. This gets even worse, if I consider, how much shipping I was willing to pay, to receive those items.
I already heard, that quality went down the last years and customer support got more indifferent about their customers, but I'm greatly disappointed...

I ordered the presale genshin impact neuvillette cosplay through aliexpress. the aliexpress messages center is hard to find and doesn't send email notifications so I didn't get the memo that the delivery date would be delayed (pre-sale takes longer to ship) until past the expected delivery date on aliexpress (the original tracking info was also missing). some of the other reviews mention poor customer service especially with returns but at least in my experience they were very helpful with getting my cosplay to me. it fit me perfectly (Im somewhere between small and medium American sizing so i ordered medium just to be safe) and lasted a day out walking downtown and in the rain.

Only to be told once they had recieved the item and got me to pay shipping again as well as sent me an email with a tracking number to then disregard that email because they did not have the exchange item in stock?
Only refunded me the original item and the 3rd shipping cost. But not the shipping on the original item / the return.

I will admit that I didn’t do measurements, I looked at measurements and thought that sizing up would help. I bought for my daughters birthday and so though I received August 22, I didn’t give to her till September 9….unfortunately it didn’t fit, so I emailed that evening to ask about return policy.
Because it was more than 15 days from receipt (not business days mind you), they said there is no exchange available.
Don’t gift, you have no recourse if it’s past 15 days.
