Tellement déçue du prix que ça a coûté pour une daube pareille ! Surtout que ma première commande n’avait pas été prise en compte j’ai payé deux fois les frais de douane. Je ne renouvellerai pas

First off I don’t like leaving a bad review but this company is awful. You can find better products & better service elsewhere. 2 years ago I purchased a starlord costume from GOTG 3. I’m a large so I ordered an XL. I checked their size chart but the costumes tend to run small. I’m 5’10” 190, so not a really big guy. I get the costume, it’s skin tight. Couldn’t even bend my arms. I message them & ask did they send me the wrong size, they asked about the measurements, at the time my waist was 1/2 inch over the large size. Their response was since I was slightly over it pulls all the material tight. So to get a replacement I had to pay to return it, after paying for shipping to get it. Once they made the right size, I had to pay for shipping again!! I paid almost $250 in shipping for a $250 costume. I decided to trust them again & February 6 of this year I placed an order for a Baylin Skoll. Their own website says costumes take 10-12 to process & then 5-7 to receive it. I ordered almost 7 weeks before I need it. I emailed them at 11 days just asking for an update, expecting to be told it’d be shipped soon. Instead on 2/21 I get an email saying that particular costume takes 20 days to process & they’d start it on 2/26, so unfortunately they couldn’t guarantee delivery by March 19. Other companies from China post a warning that there’s a festival in February that may delay costumes. Procosplay told me about the festival in the email. Go elsewhere, stay away from them!!

I had come across this website seeing how amazing there displays of their cosplay items were advertised. I decided to order a specific size even indicating it in message. When I finally received the item I discovered it wasn’t my size, so I replied to someone for assistance to have a replacement. They sent messages claiming they would provide help to my issue even as so much as having me take photos for measurement size or photos of said item. To my surprise I had only received automated messages claiming help within 48hours. It’s been weeks since I’ve heard anything as I remain patiently considering how expensive the item was. I would advise any person to tread carefully to purchase from this company as they have shown no way to rectify this matter. So I will be bringing matters to other consumer authorities.

Spent £400 on a DEADPOOL costume ! Had to buy the guns and swords separately ! That wast the worse ! The zips are impossible to open once you have it on !!! And you scared to pull to hard as it will rip you £400 suit ! Horrendous ! Cheaply made and charged a fortune ! Order early for Halloween ! It also took weeks to get here

Communicated with them to ensure my item would arrive by Halloween even paid for top shipping and you know what I got… nothing they claim it was delivered but got no notification I didn’t sign for it I was home all day when they “delivered” and nothing all they have is a blurry photograph which can’t make out my townhouse number and they wash there hands of it $450usd down the drain trust these reviews these people are crooks

Je leur fait remarquer qu'ils ont eu 16 jours pour envoyer à la production un costume en taille standard ... que c'est se payer la tête des clients et que j'ai à tout prix besoin de mon costume le 31 octobre, qu'ils se débrouillent pour que je l'ai.

Je me retrouve sur MA PAGE avec une commande qui n'est pas à moi (costume de Kylo Ren et j'avais commandé Mercredi Addams!) avec les coordonnées de la personne qui habite en Italie , son nom, son adresse et pire son numéro de compte Paypal !!
Autrement dit si vous commandez chez eux vous n'avez pas votre costume, vous n'êtes pas remboursé et en plus rien ne prouve qu'ils ne filent pas vos coordonnées à d'autre vu comment leur site est très mal foutu et protégé
Bilan : 175€ perdu que je ne reverrai JAMAIS.

SCAM! Get your size right...or else
The only reason it was given 2 stars is because the suit that came in seemed to be good quality. I understand that they have a sizing chart however it is inconsistent. Based on the measurements they post, i was a medium After receiving the item it was way to small. So i decided to send it back. The customer service was terrible they said i would need to cover the $120 shipping fee to even just exchange for another size. Due to these issues i am left to sell the product myself to avoid any extra cost and go with another company. STAY AWAY from this company! They want you to mess up when you order so they get as much money as they can. SCAM
Captain America Cosplay Chaos
I ordered a Captain America cosplay and while the process and shipment was fast the order itself had lots of oddities. For one, it came in a random box that was flimsy and poorly sealed. The cosplay itself was not in any bags or had any tags on it and was just out in the open in the box without any cushioning. There was also a crumpled up trash bag with a piece of paper taped to it with an order number, name, and e-mail address that wasn't mine. I talked to their customer service to ask if this was used and they claimed it wasn't, but all evidence points to yes (I bought this at full price without any indication I would be getting a used product). Further evidence suggests it was used when I asked to return the product and they said to make sure all colored tags were intact so they know that the product was untampered with...there were no colored tags on my cosplay at all to begin with.
The cosplay itself was fine, but a few pieces were very ill-fitting. The belt didn't even match the velcro that it was supposed to match to and it was already falling apart. Some of the other pieces were not the correct size either, it felt like this was a custom order.
While I did have a decent experience with their customer service after, I would not recommend buying from them since it seems very shady and you might be getting used products even though you're paying full price and have no indication it was used.

Disappointing Decline of Quality and Service
I used to really like this company—originally, they were highly recommended by the Las Vegas cosplay community. My first experience was positive, and when I had an issue with a belt for my Wednesday Addams dress, they quickly fixed it.
However, my most recent order for their new Wonder Woman costume was a huge disappointment. It was a pre-order, but they never sent any updates on when it would ship. After two months, I had to reach out, and only then did they send it.
I followed their size chart exactly. I’m slightly taller than average, but height has never been an issue with other Wonder Woman costumes I’ve owned. The size range on the chest suggested adjustability—but it wasn’t. There were large gaps on both sides, exposing way too much skin, which is completely inappropriate for the hospital visits and charity events I do with children.
The skirt was also extremely short, barely covering half of my backside. And when I went to zip it up, the zipper literally separated from the corset with minimal effort.
Customer service was initially responsive but made the process exhausting. They repeatedly asked for my measurements, then pictures of my measurements, then photos of the garment with a measuring tape lined up—and then even requested a video (which I explained I couldn’t film one-handed). In the end, they claimed the fit was “correct,” even though I was on the smaller end of the size range.
They also suggested that because of my height I should have ordered a large, but my other measurements are a small—and nowhere on the listing did it mention garment length, which would have been helpful.
The only “solution” they offered was a $15 refund so I could fix the zipper myself. I make costumes, so I know how a properly constructed garment should be finished, and this one lacked even basic backstitching on the zipper. They said I could exchange it for another size, but that wouldn’t solve the skirt length issue and would make the rest of the costume too big.
After months of back-and-forth, they stopped responding altogether. This has dragged on for over three months, and I’m left with an unusable costume.
Unfortunately, their quality and service have really gone downhill. I can no longer recommend this company. $400+ down the drain.
Ordered a Wolverine cosplay and two…
Ordered a Wolverine cosplay and two zippers were damaged upon arrival. Reached out to the company that they denied that anything could be wrong with their product. Even though their website said they would do a refund for defective items, they are claiming that nothing they sell is defective. I can't believe they are standing on the belief that everything they ship out is quality.
Absolutely terrible
Absolutely terrible. Spent over £400 on 2 new Glinda costumes, in both cases the corset base was way too small and badly made. Despite providing detailed photo evidence ProCosplay have refused to offer a solution apart from offering me a discount on a new corset. They took over 6 weeks to respond to me properly during which time I can no longer raise a PayPal case.

I have ordered four costumes from Procosplay and have loved every one of them. I'm an awkward size so I have to get them tailor made. They have fit perfectly every time. Their customer service has been excellent for me. The last time I ordered I accidentally mixed up two of the measurements. They noticed right away and contacted me to verify before proceeding with the order.
Even when one of the costumes was missing a piece when it arrived, they immediately sent it as soon as I contacted them.

De forma resumida: procosplay se lava las manos ante cualquier incidencia y le toca al comprador perder el dinero.
Mi experiencia: Compro un traje, me llega en el tiempo indicado. Pero cuando lo abro, no es ni de lejos el traje que compré. Ni siquiera corresponde al mismo personaje.
Despues de 15 días de batallar con correos, fotos y demás, consigo que me acepten la devolución. Me proponen que se lo devuelva mediante la opción más económica (correos 42€).
Finalmente me devuelven el dinero del traje, eso sí, se desentienden completamente de los 10€ del envío más los 42€ de la devolución.
Conclusión: no te contestan nunca más a ningún correo y 52€ que le toca al comprador perder. ¡Y eso que el error fue completamente de procosplay!

After 15 days of battling with emails, photos, and other steps, I finally managed to get them to accept the return. They suggested I return it using the cheapest option (42€ via standard mail).
In the end, they refunded the cost of the costume, but they completely ignored the 10€ shipping fee and the 42€ return shipping cost.
Conclusion: They never replied to any further emails, leaving the buyer to lose 52€. And this was entirely Procosplay’s mistake!
Completely avoid them.

I ordered my costume. August 2nd and it wasn't shipped until October 24th. When I originally had told them I needed it for September 22nd Comic Con. They didn't care that it was late and then I said. Well, I'll get it for Halloween, right and they said, yes, and here we are. I'm still not gonna get it for halloween, so thanks a lot I asked for at least half my money back cause they missed 2 deadlines and they said we can give you 10% off your next purchase I'm never buying from them again

It’s one business…do it yourself. Talk to the person working in your own company, don’t make the customer jump through asinine hoops We shall see if this actually get resolved although I’m not hopeful based on others experiences. I live outside the US and I ask them If they have international shipping, they said yes, then, after I placed the order, they replied over Instagram stating that they do not ship to my country, even tough I stated where I was located before placing the order. I ask if there was an alternative, because I have someone who lives in the US and they can send it to that person, but they ignored me and they just cancelled it because now it turns out that they DON'T DO INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING, and besides that, they did not even tried to explore those options. They are now saying I will receive a refund in 7 days or less, but I feel scammed, do you guys know if I will receive that refund or should I take it like they just stole it from me?
