Fast and efficient, Got exactly what i asked for and the correct size, no issues besides packaging was damaged, I assume due to shipping.

I needed to recover my caravan seats and found the foam needed replacing too. I found the measuring guide really useful and the price was great. I ordered 4 bench cushions and were delivered in a couple of days. I am really impressed with GB Foam and will be using them again to order sofa cushions.

Straightforward website to order, good service, good system on delivery. Given new live into both chairs.

Quickest delivery ever ! Easy to order too. Foam purchased was to use as a topper inside my sofa base cushions as mine are so hard and flat. Made them more comfortable for now until get them fully restuffed ! They also look plump now ! Thank you so much!

Ordered 4 cushions to replace mixed-fibre cushions on expensive Duresta sofas. The Duresta items were fairly flat after many years of use. We wanted to create some lift, both upwards and downwards and allowed 50mm extra on a seam-seam measurement of 125mm. (so 175mm)

One other site suggested that the Dacron layers would flatten so can be ignored but GB Foam website suggests adding 10mm top and bottom. After discussions with staff by phone, about how much allowance to make, it was suggested that the 10mm was the 'new' condition and it would flatten over time.
We went for the ‘recommended’ Luxury MEDIUM Sofa Foam – GB41M for £305.
2 days later one pair arrived and the other pair the following day.

Conclusions:
Dimensions generally as ordered. The Dacron is at least 10mm which is good, but hard work to get them into the Duresta covers! (With hindsight, I should have perhaps added say 25-30mm not 50mm.
The cushions looked good and quite firm.
The foam did smell for a few weeks gradually reducing.
After getting used to the cushions we noticed that one of them was softer than the other three, although all grey in colour? I contacted GB (4-5 weeks after purchase) and although it was apparently very rare but possibly a separate batch, they sent a new replacement two days later! Excellent customer service and would definitely recommend them.

They have a returns policy on their website which as far as I could tell said they could return / replace but when I ordered the foam and it was not the right density for what I needed, I rang them and they said they do not offer returns or refunds. I literally just wanted to swap it for another density of the same size. Really awful service, unhelpful customer service. Steer clear, go somewhere where they're a bit more flexible and sensitive to customers needs.

I found this company to be really helpful and responsive. They promptly replied to my query and provided advice. The delivery was fast.

The cushion I ordered was bigger than the size I ordered so the cover didn’t fit. I emailed the contact address with images of the problem illustrated with a measuring tape to illustrate the problem and did not receive an annswer. The telephone number is never answered. Incompetent and dishonest.

Following my review GBfoam reached out but I’m still waiting to hear how they propose to resolve the error.

I've ordered replacement cushions for an Ikea sofa. Beacause it was my first time replacing sofa cushions I wasn't sure I've measured correctly, even though I followed the handy measuring guide on the website. I'm happy to report the cushions that were delivered fit nicely (were actually a bit oversized but that's probably by design and makes them look good and plump).
In terms of price/quality, while the original Ikea cushions used better materials and were more complex but started to look and feel saggy after about 2 years. So far, the replacement cushions feel firmer so fingers crossed they'll last longer than 2 years. They're not cheap, I suspect as a consequence of being made to order. But I think the ~£130 is well worth it to save a £1200 sofa.
I was pleasantly surprised by the quick turnaround. Ordering on a Saturday I could get the cushions on the next Tuesday.
All in all, quite happy with the purchase. Thank you!

P.S: forgot to say: size was good and I had no issue putting the new cushions into the covers, even by myself. Took less than 5 minutes in total.

I make cushions for traditional wooden boats, and use GB foam to supply the inners. Sophia has been so helpful from day one, and always rises to the challenge whatever peculiar shapes I present her with! The foam is top quality, always the perfect size and where I use more than one density, laminated perfectly. After experiences with other foam companies with much lower standards, having GB foam on hand is like coming home to a comfy chair and a nice cup of tea and my stress levels and profit margins have gone down and up accordingly. Thanks guys! Look forward to working more with you in 2024 :)

I ordered a couple of sofa seat cushion sponges. I thought it was a bit expensive, but needed them as the old stuffing made the sofa resemble an ape's nest. So I bit the bullet & paid online. They arrived the next day & I was pleasantly surprised. I had chosen Dacron to give it a little lift & stockinette to cover it all. I now take my words back.
They are worth every penny. I'm so pleased with my 'new' sofa & highly recommended GB Foam Direct.

Ordered the recommended foam for my application. I did not opt for their premium foam but it seems of good quality. Extremely fast delivery and carefully packaged.
Very satisfied.

I purchased replacement seat cushions for an IKEA Vinliden two-seater (700 x 700 x 150 mm + Dacron/Stockinette). The product was well-packaged, and was delivered within 1 business day.

The foam was cut to the correct dimensions, but the Dacron layer was slightly thicker than expected (1.5 to 2 cm as opposed to 1 cm quoted on the website). Thankfully the cushions still fit inside the covers.

I would definitely use GB Foam again in the future, if necessary.

I bought upholstery foam from GB Foam of various shapes cut to size. They were all cut exactly as per my specified sizes and with quick turn around. I found the foam great value for money and the whole experience very positive. I would definitely recommend GB Foam and they would be my first port of call for all my foam needs without any hesitation.
