Could not praise this company enough, went far and beyond to help me out with a problem, great customer service.

I have an IKEA cantilever gazebo and the canopy got damaged. Ikea don’t do spares.

I emailed this company on a Saturday afternoon and got a reply within 60 seconds! Now that was an exception because Luke happened to be working on his computer.

However, after some email exchanges, he said that they did not do a cantilever version, but the normal version had exactly the same dimensions. The only difference being my version needed a means to loop the canopy over the cantilever beam.

We said we’d try it and see if a modification was possible (ie some scissors and sowing). Luke quickly pointed out that they take returns (before modifications!) if we didn’t feel confident trying when it arrived.

Brilliant. Friendly, competent service. Excellent value for money; good quality product (better than the original actually). This is what a family business can offer which the large corporates struggle with.

HIGHLY recommended.

Ordered gazebo cover Friday arrived by Tuesday.

This time I requested a gazebo top in early May
At the cost of $213.26
I have sent 7 emails and received 2 emails back from a William McConigle who stated he would send it right away -it must have been lost
Well 5+ months later and I have not received a thing
Also we are out over $200
What a terrible company
The BBB should shut them down

I contacted Gazebo Spare Parts for a replacement canopy for my Katie Blake gazebo as I had no joy contacting the company.
I sent the measurements and a canopy was suggested although they did say the dimensions were slightly different but I could return the item if not suitable. I placed the order and the canopy arrived quickly but unfortunately it was not suitable. I contacted them again and they advised to return which I did and have been refunded.
Excellent communication throughout and very helpful just unfortunate that the canopy was the wrong size as very good quality.

This is a real gem of a company and unbeatable in quality of product and service.
Some years ago, I required a gazebo cover/awning for a gazebo that was no longer 'on sale' based on various online searches. That is 'unavailable until I came across this company'. The product sold was as good as (possibly better than) the original based upon it's appearance and longevity in use so I bought 2 in order to have a spare as/when needed. Unfortunately, years later, on needing to 'install' the 2nd cover I discovered that it was not the same as the 1st one meaning that I could only 'install' by adding a 'cut-off section' from the 1st; not ideal!
I emailed the company explaining what had happened but not expecting (after so many years) anything apart from help in purchasing a new but correct replacement. A few days later I received an email confirming that, to my surprise, they had checked my original order and had identified the most likely explanation and would send ("no additional charge") a new one: Today the replacement was received by a very happy customer!

Fantastic customer service. We ordered a 2 tier canopy but received the wrong sized top tier due to mismatching part numbers (NOT Gazebo Spare Parts fault). We were offered a free exchange for the correct size even though it was our mistake. When packing to return, we realised we'd damaged the top tier of the canopy so reluctantly ordered a replacement in the correct size. I emailed thanking them for the offer of exchange and explained we'd ordered a new one as we'd damaged the original. The replacement came with an extra correctly sized top tier so we have a complete spare set now. Couldn't be happier with the service or product.

Received a replacement canopy yesterday for our Athens gazebo which we bought from The Range 3 yrs ago.

Our old one got ripped beyond repair during excessive winds last year.

I had originally ordered a replacement via The Range which was supplied by a different company. The quality was shocking plus it wasn't even fit for purpose as there were no velcro fasteners on it either!

I'd looked at Gazebo spare parts before, read the reviews & decided to take a chance as our gazebo frame was still in really good condition but clearly not useable without a canopy!

We genuinely think this replacement is so much better than the original, it's really well made plus it fits so much better than the one that came with the frame.
If it lasts us a couple of seasons it will be great, if it lasts longer it will be fabulous!

We will be recommending them & if we did decide to replace the canopy again we'd definitely be ordering from Gazebo Spare Parts.

Good product but in my view - website descriptions were misleading. Bad service when things went wrong.

I ordered a gazebo cover praying it would fit my New Hampshire gazebo 3m x 3m frame.
It was delivered in 2 days...amazing quality fit like a glove ..colour beautiful. I am so happy will be ordering another one for spare. I highly recommend this company.

Good company. I ordered a stronger cover for my gazebo originally from B and M. Arrived in good condition after a few working days. Simple to put up and made beautifully with strong, showerproof fabric and eyelets but the colour was not an exact match to my original. It is a dark cream which I don’t really like but, hopefully, will fade in the sun.

I am delighted with my replacement gazebo cover in cream , 2.5 X 2.5.mtr. It fits like a glove and is as good as if not better than the original. I particularly like the re-positioning of the anchor ties along the sides, it stops water from pooling on the canopy in heavier rain.
It's obvious a lot of thought went into the design.

Contacted for replacement parasol canopy and although they were unable to help with my particular requirement (3metre cantilever 8 rib with velcro) they were speedy and polite in their responses. Would have no hesitation in using them in future should the need arise.

I've ordered four replacement canopies now, and they've all been great. Being white, they last about four years externally before UV damage deteriorates the fabric, which is fine. The fact that I can continue to get replacement canopies for third party gazebos which are mostly no longer sold is fantastic - if only there were more services to source replacement parts for products that are produced for a couple of years and then stopped, it would save having to replace entire products just because a small part needs replaced. This is the way! Prices are reasonable, and navigating the website and payment is hassle free, and delivery is fast enough.

I ordered the Aldi Gazebo 2.9m canopy replacement in cream. Arrived quickly. Fitting was real easy, even with the gazebo erect. My wife and I had a ladder either side, and just pulled the replacement cover up and over. Then fitted the small top part last from inside. The material is better than the original Aldi supplied one. Am wondering if some of the negative reviews I just read on here are aimed at the wrong company? We had no problems. Are pleased with the replacement canopy. And it was easy for us to fit, less than 20 minutes.

Having waited 6-months for Glendale to send a replacement gazebo canopy (apparently it is still on a boat where it has been for 6-months) I tried Gazebo Spare Parts.

Downside I could not find a phone number but email enquiries were answered quickly. The item I ordered arrived within three days and was well packaged. It fitted perfectly. I would suggested the quality is not as robust as the original and I may only get one season out of it.

However, overall satisfied with service.
