A wholly positive experience!
I’m delighted with my new water feature! I got the Remi Ancient Stone feature and it looks beautiful in my new garden. It’s the perfect size - small and compact - in my tiny, 15’ x 15’ London garden.I haven’t connected the pump yet, but plan on doing so next month, when the weather is warmer. Gardenesque were courteous and very helpful. No hesitation in recommending them.

The pot I bought is not like the images…
The pot I bought is not like the images - the finish is like glitter applied, not “bronze” and doesn’t look like the images. When I sent Gardenesque the images on site and what I have and how it is not matching - they just replied saying this is what you ordered. Now I have a hefty return cost. I also wrote a review for the page on the same but see they have not published this, only 5* reviews. Disappointing for them not to cover the return for an item that clearly is different in real life. Won’t be shopping again.

We always aim to represent our products as accurately as possible online. For any return or quality concern, we ask for images so our team can review thoroughly. Based on the photos provided, we found that the item received matched the product listing.
We do understand that seeing a piece in your own space can sometimes change how it feels. For this reason, we offer a 30-day returns period. As outlined in our returns policy, collections do incur a small fee, though you are welcome to arrange a return with your own courier if preferred.
Where a product arrives and is clearly not as described, we resolve this at no cost to the customer. This approach has helped us build a strong record of positive feedback across both our website and Trustpilot.
We continue to review our returns offering carefully. Providing free returns would ultimately require an increase in product or delivery pricing, and we aim to keep our pricing as fair and transparent as possible for all customers.

Total waste of time..
Lawerence wrote to me offering me a trade discount.
"As part of our Trade team, you'd be eligible for an 10% discount on orders up to £1000 (£100 minimum spend), and 20% on orders over £1000."
After replying back to him.
He replied
"I am sorry to say a this time we are not able to offer you a trade account."
Why waste my time in the first place?

Absolutely beautiful products and outstanding service.
We already have four indoor plant pots from Gardenesque, and they have truly become a statement piece in our home - elegant, high quality, and timeless.
Delivery was very fast and reliable, and the whole experience felt seamless.

Lovely garden furniture, delivered on time. One of the screws was missing when we assembled the furniture but that was resolved.

Quality products
Quality products , well packed and dispatched quite quickly .
I have purchased over half a dozen large Terracotta pots from them over the years and they have stood up well to the weather. In my opinion they are worth paying the extra for.

Lovely product but…
Lovely product. Safe delivery.
But bought in October for a Christmas present but the easy return period ran out long before Christmas Day when it was due to be opened. Would have liked the advert to say ‘if it is a present and there is any problem - easy return by mid-January’
Fortunately there was no problem but I had to keep my fingers crossed for two months.

Water feature
As I haven’t put it together yet and will do that in the spring I can’t comment. But it’s out of the box and checked over and all looks very good. Pleased so far with my order. I will review in the spring when I can hear the lovely sound of trickling water. Can’t wait!
