AVOID AT ALL COSTS. Kicking myself for not checking the reviews for this “company” beforehand. Purchased on behalf of my daughter using her Christmas money. Purchased an LOL doll that was out of stock elsewhere. Thought we’d got lucky - ha! If it seems too good to be true it probably is. Arrived - cheap, nasty fake. Even my 5 year old knew straightaway that it was fake. Absolutely disgusting. Dispute raised with Barclays. I don’t know how these people live with themselves.

FRAUD FRAUD FRAUD, I PAID FULL PRICE, FOLLOWING THE ADVERTIED INFORMATION FOR AN OFFICAL KYLO REN "BLADE BUIDLERS" LIGHTSABER, MY SON HAS A FEW FROM THEIR COLLECTION, I PAID THE PRICE OF THE REAL MACCOY AND RECIVED AFTER A LONG WAIT FROM CANANDA A FAKE/CHEAP PLASTIC, CHEAP LIGHTSABER I COULD HAVE GOT FROM MY LOCAL MARKET OR EBAY FOR 5-10 GBP. SOLD AS OFFICAL, I WAS SENT A PLANET FIGHTERS "LASER SWORD" (TM) A FAKE AND RUBBISH ATTEMPT AT A COPY OFF AN OFFICAL LICENSED PRODUCT. I purchased this item by accident as i am based in Britain and my google search took me to a Canadian seller but i did not notice as everything was in GBP, this was for 7 yr old son, he was to spend his xmas money and super excited about kylo ren offical lightsaber to add to his collection of other offical toys. after i noticed it was to come from Canada i sent a polite email asking to cancel the order and explained my situation, i sent the request to cnx within 10 mins of the purchase, we shared a few emails (rude and unwarmly) to which they stated it had already been packed and ready for dispatched(thats pretty impressive for 10mins) and refused to cnx and refund. this was causing me some distress, so thought its not worth the fight with them, and allowed the item to be sent and stopped any response to them to avid further stress, 2-3 weeks passed, of daily questions from my son, it arrived today. it is a cheap market/corner shop plastic laser sword, not the offical product, with the official price tag, i feel helpless to this matter as they are based in Canada, paypal dispute opened to allow paypal to aid in my full and prompt refund, an apology would also be welcomed for my son. i have never had anything like this happen to me and hope it never does in the future. paypal please see attached mixture of, the advertisement for the object, what item arrived, emails shared, and what the official product should actually look like from other sellers etc. UPDATE, I HAVE TO SEND IT BACK TO CANADA AT THE COST OF £25 FOLLOWING THE ABOVE PAYPAL CASE, PLEASE AVOID, TAKE YOUR CUSTOM ELSEWHERE, POOR COMMUNICATION THROUGHOUT, FAKE PRODUCT SOLD AT FULL PRICE

They just use stock photos from Amazon as their pics. I didn't buy the Roblox toys I wanted they sell them on Game Yore for $40.00 (USD) and they sell em on Amazon for $200.00 (USD) and it said "No box just figures" I'm glad I didn't buy. SHOPPERS BEWARE!!!

What an absolutely appalling product. My 4 yr old grandson waiting weeks for the Octopod I had ordered to arrive. When it did, I realised what a total waste of money it was. Lego it definitely isn't!!! The bricks barely snap together so that the slightest touch brings the whole construction tumbling down. Complete waste of money. I am going to attempt to get a refund but am not holding out much hope.

Absolutely terrible fake bey blades and stadium. I’d guess they’re 3D printed, and very cheaply at that. The stadium is more like the packaging you’d get a toy in than an actual toy. The bey blades don’t fit together properly and fall apart all the time.
Just absolutely shameful to sell this stuff.

Ordered a “cars McQueen set” and received a fake product which was awful quality, 1 month after ordering. I have complained since and they are refusing to refund it and said they will send a replacement. 3 months later still nothing.

If I could give less than 1 star I would! Absolutely horrible. Item hasn’t been received after 2 months and customer service passes the blame on to others. The one time I don’t check reviews before ordering.....!!! Game Yore sucks!

Ich habe nach dem Freundschaftshaus von Lego (41340) gesucht und wurde hier fündig. Auf der Seite war der Originalkarton abgebildet und auch in der Beschreibung stand die Kenn-Nummer von Lego. Nach entsprechender Wartezeit kam das Päckchen bei uns an. Es war kein Karton dabei und bei genauerer Betrachtung stellten wir fest, dass es sich um kein Original-Lego handelt. Inzwischen ist der Karton von der Seite genommen und es gibt einen kleinen Hinweis, dass ohne Karton geliefert wird. Die Nummer steht immer noch dran und es wird nicht eindeutig geschrieben, dass es sich nicht um das Original handelt. Wir sind schwer enttäuscht. 😕

I purchased an item and cancelled the order seven minutes later. The next day I received two emails from them, sent one minute apart. The first said that my order had been cancelled and my card would not be charges. The second said that my order was already processed and could not be refunded. I filed a dispute with my credit card company.

Let op, hier geen producten kopen! Deze worden beschadigd geleverd. Ze beloven een 'replacement box' maar na 2 weken krijg ik geen contact meer met de klantenservice en nog steeds niets ontvangen...

Compré un beyblade y Tras dos meses de esperar porque ponia que estaba en aduanas, finalmente me dicen que está entregado. Pues a mi no me ha llegado nada. Y la empresa me dice que ponga una reclamación a correos. Lo doy por perdido. 25€. Juegan con eso y roban a la gente impunemente.

Ordered a wonder woman statue. Today, it arrived. A knock-off and not even the same wonder woman statue. Also there’s no way of getting my money back, because they require sending the package back to them which would cost me millions. Do not order from them.

Couldn't leave a zero rating. I blame myself, I bought it and then read the reviews. Don't bother with "customer service" once they have your money, they won't entertain you. If the product was produced by Lego I'll eat the hat of every hat owning man on the planet. Terrible.
