False pokemon cards and took over a mounth to get it.

Geld terug krijgen en product retourneren is bijna onmogelijk. Vreselijk bedrijf.

An item was purchased by mistake, and I immediately requested a refund but was told it was too late and the order had already been processed. Despite this, it was 11 days until I received notification that the order had been shipped. It then arrived a month after this date.
When it arrived the box was damaged, and pretty sure it's a knock off as I do already own the legit version of what I purchased. Such a waste of resources and time, 11 days is more than enough time to cancel an order.

They have refuse to arrange a return or refund and as they are overseas (which is very unclear when you initially purchase) it would cost me more than the product itself did, so I am left £30 out of pocket for a damaged item I didn't want.

Avoid at all costs.

Got what i ordered in covid lockdown it arrive on time, they sent a tracking number and it worked,once i worked out the webpage had a drop down menu. It's not fisher price and doesn't talk but it does light up for the octo alert it fits the real fisherprice figurines. Its alright, this item not being made anymore . Shame it doesnt sound the alert but its ok. I'm pleased. It comes with slightly lighter figurines, as well its a right bargain.

This is a scam. I received a fake Hatchimal for my daughter's birthday.

I wish I had read these reviews before purchasing from this company. Avoid, avoid, avoid! They sent me the wrong product, fobbed me off with excuses as to when they would send the right product - and after raising a dispute with Paypal to get my money back, I'm being asked to pay for the returns to Canada - even though it was their error. Their customer service is worse than a chocolate teapot. Truly a case of "buyer beware"!

I received a box full of fake pokemon cards. Never, ever buy anaything from this company. And ti deceive a kid who spent his saving on cards, shame on you

If I can rate lower than a 1 star I would. Scam company making fake products. They give you the option to refund but after YOU pay for the return shipping which typically ends up with you paying more than the actual fake item you bought.

Do not use this site, shipping time is horrible and when product does arrive it is VERY NOTICEABLY fake!

I ordered a set of Five Nights at Freddys dolls for my son for Christmas, I payed Express shipping and the dolls were delivered in a decent amount of time but they arrived all beaten up and broken, the way that they shipped them didnt protectthrm at all, so u complained and demanded action, so they reshipped a replacement but this time shipped them standard which took like 2 months to arrive, and after complaining about shipping and requesting they ship them in a box instead of an envelope, they reshipped them the same way, and they arrived just as damaged and beaten to hell as the first shipment, I wish I'd read the reviews before ordering from this website, there customer service is horrible, and I will never use this site again, others would do best to just order from somewhere else

I made an order for Pokémon cards and not doing my research on this website, I got printed crappy Pokémon cards. This is a huge scam please stay away from this website at all costs please!

Avoid!! ordered a beyblade arena took 4 weeks to arrive and what did arrive was a cheap bit of broken plastic that was torn looks nothing like what was advertised fake cheap knock off. Now refusing to give a refund AVOID AVOID AVOID!!!

No esperaba que se pudiera engañar así. Anuncian cosas que luego llegan y no tienen nada que ver. Los lego,, son falsificaciones, tardan muchísimo en entregar lo que te venden y supongo que realiza una devolución debe ser lo peor.
No lo aconsejo y jamás volveré a comprarles nada. Antes prefiero tirar el dinero.

Compré en noviembre un beyblade como regalo de navidad para mi hijo. Ha llegado más de dos meses después y lo que he recibido es un paquete aplastado con un beyblade falso que podría haber comprado en aliexpress por unos 5€ y por el que he pagado casi 30€.
Además si escribes una opinión en su web, la borran.

Full price for knock offs. I purchased minecraft Lego and got "My World" bricks. It didn't even come in a box just shoved in a packing bag and it took months to get here. Avoid this scam

I ordered 2x Marvel Lego kits but received some Chinese copies that are worthless Only one out of the two orders arrived and even that arrived weeks late and missed Christmas delivery date. Terrible customer services. You’ll have to pay out £20+ to return each package. This is the worst online shopping experience I’ve ever had. £100 out of pocket.

Fake (and damaged) goods. I will report to Google. I was also made to pay import charges (which were not made clear to me upon purchase)

Customer service non existent when you want to discuss refunds.

Fake goods, stay away. They refused to cancel the order or validate the authenticity. Buying from google ads i though there where genuine as they have a policy not to advertise fake good. I requested confirmation several times and Rina has been useless.
