An item was purchased by mistake, and I immediately requested a refund but was told it was too late and the order had already been processed. Despite this, it was 11 days until I received notification that the order had been shipped. It then arrived a month after this date.

Such a waste of resources and time, 11 days is more than enough time to cancel an order.
I have to arrange a return to China, and as they are overseas (which is very unclear when you initially purchase) it would cost me more than the product itself did, so I am left $20 out of pocket for a damaged item I didn't want.

Upon purchasing a product from them , there was nothing to tell me that the delivery time was over a month, the same day , I told them I want it cancelled and by law they have to within 14 days. I told them this and they replied being rude and uninterested and I am still waiting for my item to deliver. There is no point in returning because they’re so far away from me which again , wasn’t mentioned anywhere. All in all terrible people , complete scam and waste of time.

Be warned!! It takes ages to arrive as they ship from China. Cheap and incorrect product arrived. I submitted a complaint to the following organization and complained to gamyore and gameyore refunded me.

I have contacted the company by submitting an enquiry email on the website about a battery product. I would have preferred to discuss my enquiry over the phone but their telephone number was busy as it was today 2 weeks later and still no answer to my enquiry. I wondererd whether or not they may have been suffering business wise from the Covid 19 pandemic until I read the reviews and it seems to me they have no business acumen and appear to be incompetent in dealing with business matters. I've given up contacting them anymore and certainly won't be purchasing any toys from them following the problems others have had from the reviews.

We bought a Harry Potter hogwarts express Lego set from them. It took over a month to arrive and what we got was not a Lego product the names were different, it came in a bag instead of a box and it was completely fake. Please don’t buy anything from this company it’s all fake

Gameyore sent my package to my old address, payment was completed without any confirmation regarding where the package would like to be sent or if there’s any changes with the address (like any other online shopping app/website would do). I was so confused on how they got to know my old address because it was my first time making an online purchase from them. It turned out that the moment i entered my email address to the app, they automatically transferred my old data that i registered during the purchase i made in the store more than one year ago to the app. The house where they sent the package is now empty and i’ve long moved out. I tried to call the Customer service that apparently only exists all the way in Spain only to get directed to a random insurance company. I became so frustrated that i even contacted every single store branches in the Netherlands, no one single number exists. I asked my former neighbor to put on a note on the door asking the carrier to leave the package to the neighbor next door, but the carrier chose to sent back the package to the sender and was confirmed by the delivery company. My Last try was sending an email to customer service, but the answer was kinda useless, i was given the same track info saying the package is otw to my (old address AGAIN) even tho it’s has been sent back to the store. I also desperately wrote about this problem on their instagram account comment section, but they only respond to the nice comments. I still don’t know either or not i will ever receive my purchase or given a refund, it’s so unclear. This situation is very frustrating!!

Wir haben uns für ein Set von Minecraft entschieden. Ich war mir bei dem Preis vollkommen bewusst, dass es sich um kein Original Lego handeln kann. Viele vorbewerter bemängeln das. Mir was das klar. Die Steine kommen ohne Karton. Sieht nicht so toll aus. Aber spart Müll. Die Anleitung ist zu Lego identisch. Das Produkt glänzt ein wenig weniger als Lego. Aber die Steine halten gut und sind mit original Lego kompatibel. Wir sind zufrieden. Eine gute Alternative zum doch überteuerten Original. Ich habe etwa 130 Euro gespart! Die Lieferung hat durch die Pandemie und auch den Zoll einige Wochen gedauert.

I wish I did my research before I purchased anything from this website. I order two Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtle Revoltech figures. After I ordered their products, I went to check their reviews. I admit I should have done that sooner. What I found was absolutely shocking. On this website, I was astounded to see their reviews are 95% bad. Less than 5% of their reviews were great or excellent. This is the reason why I requested my order was cancelled. Rina from customer service said the products have already been shipped. I wanted to see how the products turned out, so I didn’t press the matter. Almost a month later, they arrived. (GameYore said they would take 7-14 days, but then they had a Covid-19 policy. I went with that) Let me tell you, I was extremely disappointed. Yes, they sent me the Leonardo Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtle I requested, but within two minutes of removing the figure from the box and lightly testing out the joints, the head completely broke off. There was no way of fixing it. The paint job was wrong and messy. The fingers and other joints detached easily. I am aware these figures are Revoltech, thus the joints are removable. However, they would come off all the time. (especially the fingers) Even when being lightly adjusted. As for the second figure, I didn’t bother opening the box. Reason being, they sent me the wrong figure. I ordered the Raphael turtle, (the one with the red bandana and the Sais as weapons) they sent me Donatello (the one with the purple bandana and the bo staff as a weapon) And to add to the problem, the Donatello figure didn’t even come in the correct box. Both figures were sent in boxes meant for the Leonardo figure. There was a small sticker on the bottom of the Donatello box that said “Raphael” and had an IQ code. No, I didn’t open the Donatello figure because I was very disappointed. The boxes were damaged and bent. I waited almost a month for these and was not pleased. These figures were just shy of $100. Huge disappointment. I can tell you right now if you like your money and do NOT appreciate being scammed, do not order anything from Game Yore!!!

Be warned!! Lego is fake and it takes ages to arrive as it’s from China. They also don’t include a box which explains why. I had to look closely at the Lego to realise that it was fake as real Lego has a stamp on every piece. Stay away!!

I unfortunately had the same experience as many others on this site have had with this company, GameYore. I purchased what was clearly advertised on their website, as well as listed on my receipt, as Funko brand FNAF: Sister Location action figures for my daughter. First, I was very disappointed that it took the company nearly 1 month before it even started processing of the shipment. Next, when I finally received the order the product was very poorly packed by GameYore, so much so that the consumer packaging was folded in on itself, was damaged/tattered, and nearly all of the action figures had fallen apart in the packaging. (I wish that I could post photos along with this review.) Finally, the product was clearly a very cheap knock-off version of the Funko brand.

After the above I did some research online and found this website with reviews of this company (wish I'd found this before I placed the order), and the following organizations that assist with complaints from individual consumers on goods and services which are purchased from company located in Hong Kong:

I took photos of the product and attached them to a copy of my emailed receipt from GameYore that clearly shows what the product was supposed to be. I addressed the email GameYore and Cc'd the 2 departments listed above. I stated that I demand a refund right away and gave the reasons why. Three minutes later I received an email from the Hong Kong Customs & Excise Department with a report number. Eleven hours later I received an email from GameYore stating, "Hello. We are sorry this happened. We will issue a refund back to you, it will take around 3 to 7 days for the refund to appear." Then, about 2 days after sending my message I received an email from the Complaints and Advice Division of the Hong Kong Consumer Council with a report number and further advice if I was unable to reach the settlement that I requested from GameYore.

I received my refund to my bank account today from GameYore!!! So, I suggest that anyone that has had the same problem with GameYore send them an email and Cc: the 2 organizations that I listed above.

Paid for what I thought was an authentic Five Nights of Freddy character. Did not realize I was dealing with an overseas vendor (would not have ordered). Upon receipt it was clearly a knockoff. I've reached out to the company but not expecting any resolution so I'll be filing a claim with PayPal. My own fault, should have checked here first! STAY AWAY! edit: told me warehouse would reship. And has now asked for me to mail back the item overseas at MY cost. ha ha ha ha ha!

Fake Lego set, scam seller, buyer beware!

Scamming at its finest. I attempted to purchase a PlayStation controller from this “company”. There was no reasonable indication on their site that I was dealing with Hong Kong (else I wouldn’t have bothered) and the transaction didn’t appear to complete as I was not returned back to the merchant site after using PayPal, nor did I get a PayPal confirmation of the transaction. So I purchased elsewhere, having no faith in that site. The PayPal transaction then completed 5 hours later, to my surprise. It was then that I noticed that it was an overseas transaction. I no longer needed the controller so emailed immediately to say I wanted to cancel the order. Cue the start of the scam. They maintain they can’t cancel it once it is processed (nonsense!). I then googled the trustpilot reviews and saw the amount of counterfeit and non-receipt of goods that they are liable for. I persisted with requests for cancellation and got the same stock answer in each case. I have proof now that they didn’t dispatch for 7 days after I requested to cancel, yet they still claim that they “couldn’t” stop an order once placed. Stay well clear, you’re buying nothing but trouble with them.

Sent knock off Roblox figures, poorly packaged and very poor quality but charged full price. They did not match the image shown and said they would send correct version. Three months later still being fobbed off and told they are waiting for a reply from their warehouse. Do not use these con artists!

Literally got a few plushies from there, they gave me bootlegs even though the images and title said they were official. Scumbags man, don't buy from them.
