My partner ordered a rucksack yesterday evening, when she showed me the website alarm bells rang!
I then read the reviews and told her to email to cancel order (this was within 15 minutes of ordering)
My partner then received an email that she's unable to cancel the order as its been processed for the warehouse?

It's a scam. The toy delivered is not the one ordered. Impossible to speak with the company. DON'T BUY!!!

Dopo un mese dall'ordine, il pacco non era ancora arrivato. Nel frattempo trovo lo stesso ordine su Amazon, quindi chiedo a Game Yore se si può annullare la consegna e ottenere il refund, ma loro anziché rispondere alla mia domanda mi dicono (per tre email di fila) che il pacco ormai dovrebbe essere prossimo alla consegna.
Il pacco finalmente arriva e non era l'item che avevo ordinato. Mando un'email per chiedere il refund, e mi dicono (in un'email molto brusca) che "devono controllare che è successo con la warehouse". Alla fine mi arriva un'email dicendo di nuovo che il pacco è stato spedito e lo riceverò tra un mese. Mando un'email per dire che ho chiesto un refund e non di rimandare il pacco, e mi arriva la notifica "l'email box dell'indirizzo è piena, non puoi più mandare email a questo indirizzo".
Và da sé che non lo userò mai più, un servizio assolutamente vergognoso. Quando potete rivolgetevi ad Amazon, lasciate perdere questi siti loschi e fraudolenti!

Ook hier een soortgelijke ervaring gehad met deze oplichters. In eerste instantie ook niet doorgehad dat het hier om een chinese webwinkel ging.
In december een spel gekocht voor de verjaardag van mijn zoontje, eind januari werd dit dan eindelijk geleverd, maar bleek een fake artikel (op de site gebruiken ze wel afbeeldingen van de originele artikelen) en tevens flink beschadigd. Veel over en weer gemaild, maar kreeg geen (gedeeltelijke) terugbetaling. Ik kon alleen een vervangend artikel krijgen. Uiteindelijk akkoord gegaan met een vervangend artikel, maar nooit geleverd gekregen. Herhaaldelijk gevraagd om een update, ze gingen het navragen, opnieuw versturen, etc.
Uiteindelijk werd er niet eens meer gereageerd op mijn mails. Toch blijf ik doorgaan en zoek ik naar mogelijkheden om dit aan te vechten. Iemand suggesties?

If I could give a zero, I would. Son wanted to buy a Takara Tomy Beyblade, went to the site, ordered it, spent his own $40. Item was not as advertised: crushed box, NOT a Takara Tomy (it is a MQ FunnyToy StormGyro Burst -- what the heck?), and even had individual items replaced (wrong launcher), box re-taped. The toy doesn't even work right. It is a knock-off.

Fraudsters! Ordered a Marvel Lego set only for it to arrive in a plastic sack with photocopied instructions. When I enquired about it they tried to say its not described as LEGO! They did offer a refund, but only if I sent it to Japan, even though the package had a return address in Middlesex! I think they say that so people don't bother returning items due to the postage cost. Thankfully I paid with PayPal so got my money back.

File a complaint on econsumer.gov. I did.

Found a plush Minecraft toy for a reasonable price and ordered in on 3/22/21. My 7 year old was eagerly waiting over the next 7 - 14 days...
It is now 5/13/21 and after 7 emails, several phone calls (all busy signal) and a very disappointed little boy I am going to by a smaller version at Target. Email exchanges were "shipping times are estimated", "it is being held up at your country's customs", "the carrier must have misplaced your item", "we will send out a reshipment". If you try to leave a review or a tag (#) it will not be published. There is an entire YouTube video about this scamminess of this website. I wish I would have seen it prior to placing an order.

Terrible company, advertised a Kotobukiya Batman, got a complete fake. Was called kotobukikk and customer service never responded

I don't even want to give this company one star. I ordered roblox figures that came several weeks after I ordered them without the codes for my son to play a game. I have contacted customer service several times they still have not provided me with the codes. Do not waste your time ordering anything from this company.

Horrible. I ordered Hatchimal for my daughter from Gameyore.com. The item was delivered after several months and it was totally fake/garbage. The egg looked like it had been glued together and the Hatchimal never worked. I contacted Gameyore and they said they would replace, but nothing ever happened, and then they stopper responding to my inquires. I paid full price and was totally ripped off. Do not buy anything from the Gameyore, save yourself the headache.

This company is horrible. I ordered Na-na-na doll from Gameyore.com. The item was delivered after a month and it was a totally fake item. The outer box is the repacked with full of trash like toys instead of genuine item. Do not buy anything from the Gameyore.

This place is a scam and needs to be shut down. I ordered a hard to find Lego and it is clearly a cheap knock off that came without a box. And no clue how to get my money back. When you call there number it just is busy.
