Pretty much 0% rtp,one of the worst gaming sites I've played on...absolutely no chance of winning....avoid at all costs!

I recently had two big wins on Gala Bingo — £2,390.00 and another £620.00. What should have been an exciting and positive experience quickly turned into something incredibly upsetting.

After these wins, I noticed things that didn’t feel right. My balances weren’t clear, bonus funds and withdrawable funds became confusing, and I didn’t feel there was any transparency in how my account was handled.

I expected clear communication and fair treatment — instead, I was left feeling disappointed and mistrustful.

Winning should feel good — not stressful. Gala Bingo has completely ruined that experience for me, and I wouldn't recommend them to anyone based on how this was handled.

I won £800 on bingo then I was told it was a technical error so they didn't pay me my winnings. So be careful if you win on gala as you might not receive your winnings. They also closed my account for 48 hours . Discussing behaviour

They are criminal, quick enougtobe take your money. To even say after the fact when they’ve checked and been told to enjoy the money corrupt.

Won in penny game and scammed because of their glitch they continue to let us play knowing that this was happening I won £840 and I withdrew this immediately it went in my bank I spent it last night now I'm worrying they will try to take this back as a single struggling mum on benefits and also a carer to my add and ADHD child spent money in sensory items now my benefits may be taken to retrieve this win

They won’t even give the £10 back that I used to play on the broken software

Don’t use gala bingo they will scam you out of any money,
They probably gave out £millions falsely - if anyone knew the full extent it would probably be in the news and get them fined - they should be compensating customers - at least giving the stake back 🤦🏻‍♂️ shocking…

Won 8800 on 4 August, withdrew but gala cancelled it but continued to let people keep staking their money all night, closed everyone’s account that won at 2am, said there was a glitch and no one was entitled to the money, yet some people that managed to withdraw theirs were allowed to keep it, we have not been refunded any money or offered any compensation or explanation, we all win fair and square and should be entitled to our winnings

I also won money in bargain bingo on Monday night luckily I withdrew and got my 1980 before they removed my account !

Same as everyone else. Partner won £2,400 3 times, amounting to £7,200. We requested to withdraw around 9pm and by the morning they had closed the account and were ignoring us for 24hrs. We were then able to log back in and all transactions cancelled. This cannot happen and we will be taking this further. We will not go away. You are ruining lives. My mental health is in the gutter over this!
Just pay people what they're due! My partner is in an extremely bad place today and im concerned for everyone's mental health.

I won 2 lots of £2400 so I done the withdrawal first one for £2390 the second for the whole £2,400 then exactly the same thing happened! No payout and closed account. It seems everytime someone wins big they have these ‘technical issues’ I will be informing the gaming commission about this as it’s disgusting. They’re quick enough to take our money but don’t want to pay out our winnings. I think for a large company this is disgusting. The hurt and disappointment they are causing is awful. It took them nearly 6 hours to close my account and were happy to let me continue playing after I requested the withdrawal. So they are happy to take your money, but don’t want to pay out. DISGUSTING! Surely if there was technical issues I wouldn’t of been able to continue to play?

Won £930 last night 4th August. Withdrew the money said it was under review. This morning I woke up this morning my account had been closed and suspended. When I was able to get back in all the money had been reversed back to them and removed my account.

like many people today,i also won 7200 last night only for my account to be closed today and the funds removed,but was paid out £72 which was credited to my account when it was finally able to open it,then as i was reading other people experiences in chat bar,my account went to zero,whith once again another technical issue,which seems to be a regular occurance with Gala,now going back to the 4th aug,i can understand there being a technical issue,but to let it go on for as long as it did was pure incompetance,stay away from Gala,they are not worth your hard earned

I believe that we all won that money !! It’s not our fault your system was down there is people out there that have nothing you have caused me nothing but stress this is not fair this should go to court you have messed with people life’s 😡

I won £2,400 last night, a few hours later my account was closed and the withdrawal cancelled?
Tried to find out why just an error they said. Very disappointing🤬

Sure enough like everyone else, I won just over 4000 last night and my mum £2000 got screen shots of the jackpot and the winnings but not transferred and account closed. Got screen shots of everything to prove we won that fair and square and yet they’ve reinstated mums account and deleted history and refused the withdrawals. Absolutely disgraceful. Never use them again

Exactly the same as others on here no account today spoke to some chat bot absolute waste off space .can you imagine the national lottery doing this ..would be an uproar you trust big companies like Gala I will not let this go technical glitch or not ...come on Gala is this worth your reputation

Awful on 4th august said won £1300 woke up to account closed and being told technical problems and never won even though i had screen shot of money won

Same as everyone below, Monday 4th August 2025 I won 2x £2400 and then £320.
Automatically went to withdraw and it states that money will be in account within 4 hours. It was pending until 2am this morning but when I went to log into my account at 3am I was told my account was locked. After emailing customer service, I was told it was an error their end and they were trying to resolve which would take 24/48hrs. Also went to bed planning on spending my wins that I'm desperately in need of to waking up at 8am back to nothing. This is a multi million pound company! They need to pay out the winners or they'll be losing a lot of custom. Furious.

Like many people leaving reviews today, I also experienced the same thing lastnight on bargin wins!!! Not only to find the money I was told i had won had not been transfered into my account but to also have my account closed without any notification is disgusting !!! Gala you have made me feel like ive cheated on the games... very unhappy and you need to get this resolved ASAP.

4th august won £1880 on a bargain bingo 1p a ticket. Withdrew said pending. Woke up today account closed. Spoke to 1 person who said was a system error no one has won . An no compensation will be given . Then spoke to a further 6 different people on Facebook messenger gala verified account to be told there was a system error an we have to wait 24/48 hours for a full investigation then apparently some people will receive their winnings but some people’s will b void
