Dreadful treatment
This site tells me I have self excluded myself which I have. Never done and it won’t let me into the site when I have Monet in there ,
Absolutely appalling to be treated this way for no reason whatsoever !

Well, thank you for tonight £250 constantly crashing games, balance kept. Changing to £0 every 2 mins game restarting every 2 mins big bass bononza 96.71% took £250 on £1 spins all videoed and recorded every crash ever balance change every restart im 10000000000% sure the gambling commission would love to investigate the evidence is plain as day and you think I’m kidding. High rtp game crashes constant dead spins and contact restarts and balance changes definitely won’t look good for you will it!

SCAMMERS. Yesterday I just won £5000 and I made a withdrawal. Everything was fine I messaged them in chat, they said to send documents. I sent everything and today I received an email that they gonna close my account for business purposes reasons and they can’t give more information 😂😂. Idiots.

If you win more on free bingo and 1p bingo games then you deposit you get banned!

Reopened my account as been playing with Gala bingo many years, i am not allowed any bonuses not even able to play free games, telling me to contact customer support which I've done several times, still nothing. If this is how you treat your loyal customers Gala, soon you will not have any. I will not bother playing again,

Signed up and deposited £10, received my free spins. Played slots and won over £300. Hit withdrawal and received a message it would take 1-3 business days. I then read the reviews on here and started to think maybe I won’t receive my money. Contacted support who were lovely and confirmed my account was under review. I received an email asking for ID with a photo of myself and a utility bill. I uploaded these then went back to support who confirmed my documents were received and that I should wait 36 hours. I went to bed and woke up 6 hours later to see my money had been paid and my account was verified. Excellent site and the best support I’ve ever had. Thank you Gala Bingo!

Horrible!!!!! Scammers!!!!

DONT DEPOSIT I HAVE WON £1500 AND WOKE UP TO CLOSED ACCOUNT DID ALL THE VERIFICATION THEY WANTED AND THEY DECIDED TO TERMINATE THE CONTRACT WITH ME AND REFUNDED MY £130 DEPOSIT. OF COURSE ITS BETTER TO PAY ME £130 THAN £1500 IN WINNINGS!

I PLAYED SLOTS IF YOU ARE WONDERING AND HAD A GREAT BONUS ON £5 BET!

PLEASE DONT USE THIS COMPANY THEY ARE A RIP OFF!!!

Don’t waste your time. They’ve started a new thing called gala points. This is the best they have to offer in term of bonuses. Anyway 10000 points you can convert to a £10 casino bonus. I collected 78000- £78. When I click to convert the points it comes up telling you to contact support. Which I did three times. They said it’s because I joined originally under gala spins and not bingo (even though they’re all one now) that’s it’s a technical issues and they’re working to get it fixed.. imagine treating your players like this over a crappy bonus. I won’t be playing with my money here again.

I like the gala me really do yeah ya get ya loses n ya get ya wins not to bad this site its ok

STAY AWAY FROM THIS SITE
If u don't want to be ripped off stay well away, it's the worst site I've ever played on, hardly no bonus and when u do get a bonus u get pennies after putting £100s on, no winning spins, and when u contact them, they blame it on a "random generator" TOTAL RIP OFF! BE WARNED!!!!

I go by fairness and I have to say Gala are absolutely disgraceful. Literally impossible to win it’s loss after loss it becomes tedious after you lose so much and it’s nothing to do with gambling it’s gala using gaming tactics to restrict games from paying out I use to work in the gaming industry and I know alot of sites use blockers to prevent games from paying out and gala certainly use this feature to help them make money. Reported them for fraud to the gambling commissioners office and the IBAS but we all know it’s pointless these corrupt sites just do what they’re allowed to do and will always get away with it. Best thing to do is stay well away. 100% not a genuine site with honest odds. Very disappointing Gala!

It is true you do not win on bonuses I have evidence I’m gathering proving that it is not random as you are getting the same results, it is programmed to take you money while giving you £5 wins , you can play anytime of day and get the same exact results again I have proof. It also seems impossible to contact someone and make a complaint or try to get your money back . This is a huge scam and no one is winning if u do it’s because of you job title or when you open the account after a few months it will make sure to TAKE ALL IF YOUR MONEY !!!!

Absolutely disgusting online casino company. DO NOT GAMBLE WITH THEM!!!! You NEVER WIN I PROMISE!!!!!! They put me on promotion restrictions too for no reason. They claim they have no manager working there!! They had £2000 in 3 months not one withdrawal of winnings. The most u win on slots is a £5 profit without fail. Please leave this company. I’m so shocked and surprised at a big brand name like Gala doing people wrong. I’ve been with many casino sites and they are rigged!!!! I am taking this to the gambling commission

It used to be ok when they had the daily wheel I'd win free spins but since they took it off the new daily free game always lands on same things

Still like to know why my membership was cancelled. No reason at all. And no I don’t wanna contact you as I have and got no where

Same people constantly winning and they say it’s a game of luck,

I wouldn't give this site less than a minus ten stars, biggest RIP off ever , dont ever play on these sites or anything that's linked to them , worse sites going are these thieving pigs, so much fraudulent activities and then tell you everything is working correctly except the minimal pay outs if you can even get a win , honestly you can get a bonus after a bonus after a bonus and still lose more than you staked on this site, they will take your money all the time.
Gala bingo, spins site is by far the biggest fraudulent company being allowed to operate and the gambling commission allows it, must be the massive payouts in brown envelopes to the commission itself to allow such thieves to carry on being allowed to operate as this companies and many more are just ripping off all there customers and getting away with it

scamming site avoid at all cost u will never win

I had some spare money and decided to go looking for a games I use to play many years ago . I found it at gala and began to play . Some wins some losses as you'd expect and then the site crashed for maintenance apparently! After that I lost 6k in four days every game a loss every bonus tiny in comparison to the spend .it got ridiculous so I spoke with an agent to make sure there wasn't a problem. Of course the usual fair play and random game explanation. After no help we ended the chat and then I got an email saying my account was closed and I got banned .
Dissapointed customer experience
Dissapointed game play
If you want a little fun and flutter the reviews don't lie .
go play somewhere else .
The algorithm clearly is sided they're a business after all but clearly when you raise a concern its easier to ban the player and remove the account than uphold a problem and deal with it .
Chalk it up to experience the house always wins !!!!

Right so I opened an account with this utter crap site , deposit £10 pounds and you receive 100 free spins and £10 bingo bonus . So I had to contact them v the chat box and question why I didn’t receive the bonus and I will give them ther due the added the spins and the £10 bingo bonus , so I played the 100 free spins and believe it or not all I won was £6.78 , I then played that and got it up to £11 so I withdraw the £10 . Next I played the bingo bonus and I actually won the house 3 times and this made the £10 bingo bonus become wait for it ….. £36 … Ino I couldn’t believe it thought to myself…. This may be a good site after all , so then I played the £36 down to £20 and withdraw the £20 well when I say I withdraw I requested a withdrawal. 3 hours pass and no £10 withdrawal and no £30 withdrawal so I then go in to the chat box once again. And then I was told they have restricted my account I have to add a picture of myself holding my drivers license. So I did that no worries . Another hour goes past and I receive an email. U will never believe this my account has been suspended and wait for it my withdrawals of £30 all in have been suspended . I am a member of other casino apps and I have never had any issues with a withdrawal until gala bingo . So I say to u gala bingo. Your quick at taking the deposits with no issues what so ever and when it comes to withdrawing you are nothing but a con , I will never play your site again and will never recommend you to anyone.
All I lost to you was a measly £10 . So well done on the scam and for my £30 winnings you can treat your customer service people to a coffee , nothing but a scam site STAY CLEAR EVERONE
