A lot of information to support setting up the site is available via video and easily accessed through use of the incredible people in the help team (Dee, Bhavana - both wonderful). We staged a very successful fundraising campaign with just use of the auction tool. Highly recommend & will use again.

From our introduction to Galabid by Billie Bacon, to the incredibly responsive support staff this site is everything you may need. When you're at the end of an auction and you need to see who paid or not and you're wondering how to see this data a question to support is answered in less than a minute. Whew. Just amazing. I see that some think this site needs to be updated. I don't agree. The pieces work. Period

The support team at GalaBid is truly in a league of their own. While the interface is definitely due for a revamp, the level of service more than makes up for it.
The team is incredibly professional and responsive, which turned a potentially stressful process into a meaningful experience. Their hands-on approach made all the difference in the world.

We had looked at on line sites years ago and they weren't up to what we needed and our audience would have been hesitant. Having made that decision we moved on and stuck with silent bid sheets etc.

So glad we looked again and found galabid. The site is easy to use for both the agency as well as the audience. We had absolutely no issues! The tutorials are great but the site is so easy they're almost not necessary. The one question I did have I tried their chat help and was answered quickly.

If the site were complicated, just the ease of people being able to pay from their table and not have a long line of people at the end would be worth it but the site is really user friendly.

I've been at this a long time, have done over 20 annual events, so I know better when I see it. Can't say enough how great this was!!!

What a great FREE website! My partner was severely injured in an accident and we were able to use Galabid to help us list a bunch of donated items for a fundraiser for him. We were able to open up the auction online in advance, and then finish out with an in-person auction and update all the online postings in real time to keep people engaged from a distance. I ran into a couple of hiccups and reached out to customer support chat and they were SUPER helpful with very fast response times and able to walk me through things step by step. The website has instructional videos and everything and was pretty intuitive to use overall
