Made the detrimental mistake of using Future Family to fund extending my family. They were fine at first but after getting a poor diagnosis that took me out of work and put me on disability I fell behind. Then these past few weeks I've have struggled because of Hurricane Milton and Helene. When I asked if there is any hardship program so I could catch up they simply said "Thank you for reaching out! You can certainly make your payment late, though we cannot prevent any potential impact on your credit score." Why even try to pay them back at this point. Good luck suing me when I'm on disability. Stay far away from them as they have absolutely ZERO compassion. Btw Im less than a month behind on my payment and have busted my hump to keep up as much as I did. Now I'm done. Save yourself the pain and use a company that is willing to help in trying times to customers that are current and make their payments. Literally any other company would have some payment plan or hardship program.

This is their reply to me after saying they want to make it right, mind you there have been 2 back-to-back hurricanes less than 2 weeks apart…
“ We are going to begin reporting payment history to the credit bureaus as early as this week. Payment delinquencies generally will decrease your credit score:

- At 30 days past due, your credit score could decrease by 20 to 50 points

- At 60 days past due, your credit score could further decrease by 60 to 100 points

Your credit score could further decrease at 90 days past due and again at 120 days past due, after which it will go to Collections.

The quickest way to resolve this is to log into your dashboard and make your payment today. Please reply with how you intend to resolve this or to discuss your options.

Please be aware this is company is predatory and I’m investigating legal proceedings against them. Please go to BBB and look at the reviews. They will give you funds easily but when you send cheque payments they ignore you and they don’t accept the payment. I have made the decision to take them to court because they don’t follow protocol, they don’t communicate, they don’t accept payments that you send. They legally cannot place any marks on credit files because of this, they are very deceitful and they don’t care about the clients. A nasty company that is going to get into a lot of trouble, it’s only a matter of time. If anyone is thinking about getting a loan from them think again! They are con artists. My previous complaint on here was replied to. They said someone would call me and over 5-6 weeks later I’m still waiting from the time I made the first complaint. Remember when you get a loan from a company, it’s not getting the loan that matters it’s how they manage your loan which is the longest part of the customer journey. Once you’re in hardship and can’t pay or choose to pay via cheque they discriminate against you.

Fertility nurse available every step of the way to answer questions and provide reassurance was very helpful throughout the process!

They don't respond for weeks at a time, they keep increasing my principal loan balance amount even though I pay 3x the monthly amount owed. They are sketchy, and have terrible record keeping / dashbaord interface. I do not trust them at all. They made a stressful situation even more stressful.

UPDATE - they replied to me in Trust Pilot that they "want to make it right" but won't respond to my emails (they don't even have a phone line).

Alex was amazing to work with. She was very understanding and hands on. The whole process was a breeze and with as stressful as infertility is, I really appreciated that.

Amazing! The dedicated person and nurse to help you through process is unmatched. The lending process, let alone fertility procedures, can be intimidating. The fact I could text the future family team and get a response from a life human was the best. Incredible to work with!

Curtis was phenomenal throughout this process with Future Families! He was very communicative with us. He answered all of our questions promptly no matter what time of day it was. He was super patient and also very kind. We couldn’t have asked for a better finance advocate. THANK YOU, CURTIS!!

We have been on a long 2 year journey with Fertility and after a miscarriage and exhausting all options besides IVF we knew it was time to go down that path which is a very costly decision. Future Family helped us to secure financing for IVF but in the most friendly manner possible. You’re assigned a personal rep, ours was Curtis and he was wonderful and explained the entire process, was very responsive and was able to get a quick approval at competitive rates. As stressful as this journey was and will be they have made it a little easier.

Getting the loan was easy enough of course and the rate was reasonable (not close to 0% since you have to make about $400,000 a year to qualify for that). I am giving two stars due to my most recent experience. I am using donor eggs and needed to make the payment before they could be shipped. My clinic attempted to get the reimbursement, but they received an error message. Both the clinic and I reached out to Future Family on multiple occasions to get this disbursement made. It took two weeks which essentially pushes me to another cycle. If you're doing IVF, you know seems like a lifetime! It will possibly push into the next year when I'll have to pay my insurance deductible again. In addition, the first time I tried to get a reimbursement I reached out to customer service, they kept putting me off until I left a bad review and then someone reached out to me...and told me I had to remove my review, and they could help me out, which they did very quickly and efficiently. The second time I needed a direct disbursement, it was done relatively quickly.

We had a great experience with Future Family! I would definitely recommend them to anyone going through the fertility process. Karsen was a great help at the beginning and gave us all the info we needed to know. The loan process was so easy and she answered all of our questions. Another great perk is having a nurse that you can reach out to at anytime. Rachel was such an amazing support and frequently checked in on me through out the process! So grateful to Future Family for making our dreams possible!

It has been a very quick and easy process to work with Future Family so far. We got to work with Curtis Feimster. He is so friendly and personable. He has answered all my questions quickly and has such a positive energy!

Ryan Tibbet was fantastic. My wife and I were trying to rush to get a loan for IVF and he made it happen. He provided all the information and was super responsive. He understood our situation and did everything possible to make it work. If we ever need fertility financing again would definitely use Future Family because of Ryan. Our experience was amazing.

We had a consultation call to learn how the loan works and what is included. We had help figuring out how much we’ll need. The best part was having a nurse, Rachel, available via zoom and text for any questions and concerns with the IVF process, medication inboxing and checking ins. She was an immense help during stressful times.

Any type of fertility treatment is very stressful and emotional. It can also be financially daunting. Ryan T. Made this process extremely easy and eliminated all the stress. Ryan was very detailed in communicating all the details and outlining it in a very simplistic way. I knew exactly how much my payments were going to be and what to expect. In addition, he is always there for a phone call when needed. This personalized care and touch made all the difference in the world. My process was made SO much easier thanks to Ryan T!!

I love working with Future Family for IVF loans and using their pharmacy for all of the IVF medications. I’ve worked with Ryan T over the years, and he was a true blessing with helping me navigate this world. I honestly don’t know what I would have done without him. We are doing a July IVF cycle, and he along with Future Family, gave us THE best prices for all of our medications, literally… they cannot be beat. I highly recommend that your first contact after meeting with your fertility clinic, should be with Future Family. The website is easy to navigate, and they are super quick to respond to any question you have. I rate them 100/5, not 5/5.

One of my friends going through IVF suggested Future Family because they made their process so much more flawless and I cannot agree more! They have been so nice, informative, quick to respond, and got me my meds overnighted just in time for my first egg retrieval cycle through Future Family Cloud RX! They also have memberships where you basically get a 24/7 nurse for all the little questions or scares that come up during the process! Highly recommend!

Future Family has made the loan and medication process seamless in a stressful time of our lives. Curtis, specifically, has been phenomenal to work with.
