This was an easy and quick process. Curtis made me feel at ease with how quick he answered my questions and helped me get my loan processed. 10/10 I definitely would recommend this company!

They promise a lot of things. They claim to want to help families get their families started. My husband and I wanted to start a family so bad. Our doctors office gave us the information. It cost $800 just to start the loan. Then when they sent the loan they charged our doctors office a fee that we would've had to pay for. We miraculously ended up pregnant without doing IVF. The money had already been released so we had to get a check from the doctors office to pay back the loan. The check was for $800 less than the loan and the doctors office told us that the loan company charged a fee and they were just returning what they received. When I went to pay the loan off a week before the first payment was due there was already $101 of interest. So I had to pay the additions $1,000 and the $101. This was not helpful to us at all. If you can try to go to a bank to get a loan. It will be cheaper and won't cost you as much money.
Time line
- Friday 8/21/26 Signed contract and paid $799. We were told this was a fee to activate the loan and that each time we needed to activate a loan through future families we would have to pay $799.

- Monday 8/24/26 Funds for$19,500 were distributed to the doctors office.

- Saturday 8/29/26 I was supposed to start birth control to start the IVF process. I took an at home pregnancy test that was positive. I called the on-call doctor and was told not to start the birth control and to come in for a blood test on 8/31/26 to confirm the at-home test.

- Monday 8/31/26 Got a positive pregnancy blood panel from the doctor's office. Responded through text to nurse Rachel about news and asked about how to return the loan. She sent me an email address to contact.

-Tuesday 9/1/26 Emailed Laura-Ann Stanelle from the doctor's office to find out what to do about the loan and money that was sent to the doctors office now that I am pregnant. Got no response until 9/3/26.

- Thursday 9/3/26 Laura-Ann Stanelle called me and said that there was no way to return the money they would have to write me a check and I would have to return the money. She had been out of the office and that is why she was just getting back with me. She then told me the check would not be in the full amount because they had to pay the loan company a fee to receive it. She said the check would be available for pick up the next day.

- Friday 9/4/26 Emailed future family to ask about how to return the loan and got no response.

- Friday 9/4/26 Got the check from the doctors office for $18,720 (I looked back at my bank records to find this).

- Tuesday 9/8/26 (Monday was a holiday so the bank was closed) Deposited the money into my checking account and was told that $275 would be available immediately and 9/10/26 $6,450.00 would be available and 9/17/26 11,995.00 would be available. (I have the receipt from the bank that says this)

- Tuesday 9/8/26 Called 877-774-4417 and told them that I was already pregnant and got a check from the doctors office but wouldn't be able to pay the loan off until after 9/17/26 bdue to the bank not releasing the funds immediately. I was told at first as long as it was paid before 10/21/26 I wouldn't have any interest. After talking more I was told no it is no interest until after the first payment which is due on 9/21/26.

- Tuesday 9/15/26 ( Finally had enough funds to pay the loan off) I paid $19,500 but it didn't say the loan was paid. It said I had another payment of $101.40 due October 21st. So, I made another payment of 101.40 to make sure that the loan was paid off.

This was such an easy process. We worked with Curtis and he made things really smooth and had great energy. I highly recommend him.

It was very helpful and comforting having someone checking in on me to offer support and to answer questions.

Rachel has been an amazing care partner in this entire process. She has considerably answered questions that my wife and I have had. She’s provided comfort and encouragement during sometimes challenging times. She’s undoubtedly made this process easier for us and we are grateful.

I recently had a concern regarding my account with Future Family, and I want to specifically recognize Whitney, the Financing Manager for how she handled the situation.

Whitney took the time to personally communicate with me, listen to my concerns, and provide the clarification I needed. She was professional, responsive, and genuinely helpful throughout the process. What started as a frustrating situation ended on a very positive note because of the way she stepped in and addressed my concerns.

Everyone who has been through IVF knows it can be very overwhelming dealing with all the different entities that need to collaborate. The clinic, the labs, the pharmacy, financial department etc etc. But Future Family made it a lot less overwhelming. This has truly been a seamless experience so far! As soon as I reached out for pre approval, Alexis L. reached out and we set up a quick 15 minute phone call. She was super warm, helpful and gave us the information we needed to make the best financial decision for ourselves. She wasn’t pushy or sales pitchy. She sent an overview of our conversation and next steps as soon as we were off the call. Once we decided to go with them, Alexis was super responsive, answered my questions along the way and quickly sent us each new step as soon as the last was completed. The loan was approved and money available within 24 hours of the first interaction. And I was able to call and get my medication through the pharmacy immediately after the loan was approved. 10/10 experience so far!

Future family has been such a blessing for me and my family. Having this option was a life saver and the care they provide during fertility treatments was unmatched. Definitely gave me peace of mind having her readily available when I needed and having her check up on me after major milestones.

Through all the process the only thing that I knew I could count on was Stephanie!! She made it much much easier on me. I truly appreciate her help.

Rachel has been in my corner since day 1. I don't think I could make it this far without her advice and guidance. We need more nurses like her. I appreciated the fact that I could text her day or night and even on weekends and she made it a point to be available. She holds a special place in my heart.

Jackie, who helped with our finance could not have been more exceptional. She truly made each step of the financing process feel easy, reassuring, and she is so knowledgeable! Her compassion is unmatched. We also have had the added benefit of a wonderful nurse with future family, whose knowledge and expertise has made such a stressful time significantly easier by being able to simply text her any questions.

This company has been so wonderful to work with. Right away we were assigned Alexis as an initial loan consultant and she made the process so easy and clear to understand. She worked with me to create the best option to meet my family’s needs and was proactive in making sure it was done in a timely manner.

Stephanie was amazing to work with. Her guidance and insight helped ease my anxiety so many times through this journey! Sometimes my IVF clinic took days to respond to questions. I only had to wait a couple minutes/hours for a response from here. It is a wonderful service provided and I hope everyone is able to utilize it the way I did.
