Curtis was a key factor in this entire process. His easygoing personality and knowledge about the ins and outs of what to expect made this emotional rollercoaster worth the ride!

We felt there could be slightly more transparency about the “Baby or your money back”. We thought this was included based off phone calls we had, not a separate thing to purchase afterwards. Overall the staffing is great and the process went very smoothly.

At first, we did not think we needed a nurse and boy were we wrong. Rachel Cox was our nurse and was AMAZING. Very attentive and caring. She remembered my appointments and would check in on me to see how they went and would explain further what they are looking for, possible outcomes, etc. Our clinic only did videos for injections/medications and Rachel took the time with us to go through all of them, how they work, what they do, things to look at for. This was beyond helpful. She did things for us we assumed our clinic automatically would and genuinely cared. If I could give this woman a raise myself I would! Thank you thank you to Rachel for being such a god send through this process!

Rachel was wonderful to work with. She was very knowledgeable and supportive. She helped so much durning my IFV experience.

Rachel is an amazing nurse! She walked me through my entire cycle, from STIMS to egg retrieval and transfer. She always answered my questions promptly and made me feel completely comfortable and cared for. I am incredibly grateful for her help and highly recommend her!

I’m so grateful for Stephanie!! She has been my own personal cheerleader and resource throughout this entire experience. I can ask her anything, reach out any time, vent, cry, celebrate - she’s got it all covered. I really can’t imagine this experience without her. I jumped into the IVF thing knowing only the basics of what to expect. When I was handed a bill I didn’t know about by my fertility clinic and told I needed to figure out how to pay it before I could continue care I was suddenly overwhelmed with unexpected stress. Fortunately, my clinic partners with Future Family and as long as I could show that I was pre-approved for a loan then they’d continue my care. I got partnered up with Jackie, an incredible loan officer who not only patiently walked me through everything, but when things got overwhelming and I missed a deadline for paperwork signatures she answered my emergency message on a weekend and helped me get everything ironed out so that I could continue my IVF journey with less stress on the financial end. The extra fee charged on top of the loan was initially not something I was super thrilled about, of course, but the fact that a loan through FF came with 90-days of having direct contact with a nurse (who has been so responsive and so helpful during the Stim and Retrieval) well, my partner and I consider that fee well worth it for that additional support.
