We recently purchased a VW T Roc from Fusion Motors ,we would just like to say how professional and helpful they have been their customer service has been excellent . Joe the salesman has been so helpful we had a few things we wanted addressed on the car all these were rectified I cant fault anything .we would highly recommend them if you are looking for another car no hard sell just a relaxing atmosphere .We'll done Fusion .

⭐ **1 Star – Very Disappointing After-Sales Service**

I recently purchased a Toyota Corolla from Fusion Motors, and unfortunately my experience after the sale has been very disappointing.

My car was supplied with two sensor keys, but **neither key has the mechanical key inside**. When the sensor started malfunctioning and was taking a long time to unlock the car, I discovered that I had no mechanical key available as a backup.

My main concern is not simply getting a replacement blade. My concern is **where the original mechanical keys are and why I was not informed at the time of purchase that they were missing**.

I have repeatedly tried to get a clear answer from the dealership, but instead of addressing this simple question, I have been told to go to a key shop or have replacement blades made.

I have also raised concerns about the sensor itself, which is not working properly.

What has disappointed me most is the lack of understanding of my concern. I am asking a very straightforward question about the **security of my vehicle and the whereabouts of the original keys**, but I still have not received a clear answer.

I was eventually told to speak to my broker/finance company because the dealership could not assist any further.

I am sharing my experience so other customers are aware that **after-sales support and communication are just as important as the sales process**.

I hope Fusion Motors will take this feedback seriously and properly address my concerns.

Had the worst experience ever. They lack customer service and there's a particular receptionist there who is rude and lacks empathy. After purchasing a car from them within 2 weeks the car battery needed replacing. In 7 months the car began smoking and stopped driving. Previously after servicing the car a whole lot of engine issues came up. After calling them we were told to email aftersales. No one contacted us afterwards and then eventually the car stopped driving a short while later. They didn't allow me to reject the car and made the decision to only repair it despite us explaining we don't feel safe travelling in car with our kids. They are also very dishonest whenever you call to speak with the sales manager they are never in. This has resulted in my husband being absent from work for almost two weeks. Whenever we call to get an update on the vehicle for my husband to resume work they become rude shrug us off. They lack empathy in our situation and becomes rude when you ask simple questions. I will not recommend anyone to purchase any vehicle from them.
Doug however took over the issue and got it sorted along with Sarah they were brilliant. The car has been returned and is now driving. No issues detected yet. However, they seemed to have sprayed the parts of the car in black which is okay but they didn't do it nicely. They messed up the silver range rover logo. Some of the letters now have patches of black. The sliver parts on the front of the car have patches of black. To add to that four black finger prints on the grey interior of the car is now visible. They held the inside of the car while spraying and have permanently stained the car with the black finger print. My husband and I couldn't be filled with anymore rage from the overall experience. I will mostly definitely NOT purchase even a pin from this place. To treat someone's property in such a manner that they are paying for is disgusting and heartless!!!

Fantastic range of cars and Joe was very informative and helpful. I would recommend speaking to Joe if you’re looking for a new motor.
