Selma is a true professional and a real asset to Furniture Village. Her friendly attitude and excellent customer service made a big difference to us despite my wife was a bit dificulte.

Wilfred at the Croydon branch, was very helpful and informative finding the chairs we were looking for that were right for our needs. At no time did we feel pressurized into buying a particular item and we were able to take our time and make the right choice.

The lady I spoke with after I purchased my 1st chair and had issues was very helpful resolved the refund straight away and I went away looking at other places only to go back and make another purchase ,due to quality

We had such an amazing experience with Danny Afgar, he listened to what we needed and helped us by showing images placing the sofa and dining table in our rooms.
He really went above and beyond in helping us and making sure we got exactly what we needed and even advised us when we were looking at the wrong styles for our rooms.

We were looking for a dining table and chairs. Salma was our sales rep and provided an excellent service. Started with coffee and once we had picked the one we wanted, she went through showing us how the table extended etc.
We decided on the table/chairs and Salma went through the whole process as we wanted interest free credit. She mentioned about the care package as well for the table.
Process was so easy and very quickly confirmed. Salma also provided her business card if we had any queries or questions going forward.
Would definitely recommend Furniture Village and Salma 😀
