Excellent customer service
I was very impressed with the level of customer service I received. All of the advisors I spoke to were incredibly friendly and helpful and were able to answer all my questions. I received a text message and email on the day of delivery to advise me what time I could expect my order, I was also given a number to ring to ask an advisor if needed. The same happened on collection day. This was really useful to me as I was able to make sure the venue was open at the necessary times and I was not kept hanging around for hours. I was really impressed with the quality of furniture, the chairs were comfortable to sit on and very easy to put out and fold away. They also came on a wheelie trolley which was very useful for moving them around. The tables were very spacious and easily sat 10 people around them and the table cloths were extremely good quality. I felt I received a very competitive quote and the weekend delivery/collection was even better! I would not hesitate to use Furniture Hire UK again.

Quality experience
For the price charged, the quality of the furniture was out standing. Very sturdy and comfortable. All dealing with staff - from the initial order to delivery drivers are friendly and helpful. Will definitely be keeping their details for the next family event.

Table and chair hire for examinations
I work in a large FE college and needed extra seating to accommodate our extremely busy GCSE and A level exam sessions. This company provided good quality tables and chairs, for hire, at very reasonable costs. Their personal attention to our needs ensured that our exam sessions went smoothly with no delays or last minute panics. The company did exactly what they said they would do and kept exactly to the delivery and collection times agreed. The exams are successfully over now and I don't have loads of excess furniture to store. This really worked for us.

Community Tea Party
I must say that FurniturehireUK have been fantastic. Their service is terrific, delivery and collection bang on. I cheekily asked if they could help with the price as the event was a community one for our villages senior citizens. They gave me a lower price for which I'm extremely grateful.

Excellent Service Product and Price
Furniture Hire UK supplied us with pin boards for a development ART event we held. The pin boards were critical for a big team planning exercise. Furniture Hire UK kept me informed throughout the process ensuring I had the correct options on placing the original order. The delivery and collection were on time and they even liaised with the event venue to ensure everything went smoothly.
Before placing the order I shopped around and found Furniture Hire Direct to be the best priced supplier.
