Such a pain in the a** these furlenco…

Such a pain in the a** these furlenco service providers are. My refunds is still stuck with them since 9 working days now. Trust me guys Rentomojo is way better than these losers. Will never recommend them to anyone unless if anyone wants more problems in life. 0.3/10

Kudos to “Mr Vinayak” and team, wonderful job at getting things up fast. Would have appreciated if the products weren’t too worn out. I understand that the products would be ‘mint like’ condition, but I didn’t expected patchwork. Otherwise it was great. Keep up the good job, hope to see better services.

Very disappointing experience

Very disappointing experience with Furlenco.
Ok only for short usage of 3 months, else go with rentomojo, if willing to pay advance.

Delivery exact times are not shared, and they are unwilling to accomodate post ringing on same day.

Despite the refrigerator and washing machine used for a month, I was still required to continue paying rent for both appliances for two months of the subscription. A pickup request was raised, but only afterwards was I informed that rent charges would continue to apply. It makes no sense to expect customers to keep paying rent on unused appliances,and showing no wilingness to make an accomodation for even the final month of 3 months period.

The products themselves were also underwhelming. The top-load washing machine did a poor job of cleaning clothes properly, the microwave provided was too small for practical use, and overall the appliances did not meet expectations.

The installation experience was even worse. Nearly two weeks were wasted because the washing machine was installed incorrectly. The delivery and assembly staff came without proper tools and left the washing machine drainage pipe on the floor instead of installing it properly. When I raised concerns, I was given excuses rather than a solution.

Overall, poor service, poor communication, average products, and very little effort to resolve customer concerns.

Cheaters

Cheaters. Fraud.
They charge you. Make you autopay.
Then autopay cannot be removed or deleted as their app does not work. Return Product also does not work.

Biggest scam this is.

Horrible 420 cheaters they are.

Infinity subscription it is. U just cannot cancel in between. Their app does not work.
No contact or helpline no to call. Their chat support takes u back to their app !

Planning to take this to police.

Raise any ticket...vague response u get.

Absolutely Terrible Service – Charging Subscription Without Installation

I had one of the worst rental experiences with Furlenco.

My AC was delivered on 9th March, and the company clearly states that installation will be done within 72 hours. Today is 12th March, and the AC is still lying in my room completely unusable because no technician has come for installation.

What’s even worse is that Furlenco has already started my subscription billing from the delivery date, even though the product is not installed and not functional. Why should I pay for days when I cannot even use the AC?

If installation was going to take 4–5 days, what was the point of charging installation fees in the first place? I could have easily arranged installation from outside on the same day.

I have tried customer support, chat support, and email support, and none of them have resolved the issue. I even managed to speak with a customer relationship manager in the morning, but after that there has been zero follow-up and no technician assigned.

This is extremely unprofessional. Delivering a product and leaving customers without installation while still charging subscription fees is simply unacceptable.

If this issue is not resolved immediately and the extra subscription charges are not adjusted, I will be forced to escalate this matter publicly and through consumer complaint channels.

Very disappointing experience. I would strongly recommend people to think twice before renting from Furlenco.

Worst renting company

Worst renting company. Specially there appliances are in verv poor conditon and top of the cherry there is no specific team to resolve it. All the time vou have to keep calling customer care banglore and every time different person speaks with zero resolution

DO NOT TRUST THE SERVICES, THEY TAKE MONEY AND MAKE YOU BEG

Once they have your payment, they operate as if they dony know you.. the delivery of the furniture will not happen on the ;promised day.. you will have to practically beg them to get the KYC with multiple calls and emails.

A seamless experience from furlanco

Variety of options and easy to book however while booking app showed earlier date option than the ones that were shown available after booking. Other than that everything has been a seamless experience. Furlanco delivers, picks up and sets everything which is extremely helpful. Also we get to choose the date of delivery or pick up as per our choice which is very convenient.

I am very happy with the products and…

I am very happy with the products and timely service provided so far. However, the options in Pune are less compared to Mumbai or Bangalore. Also, certain rental products are over priced.

Great service and products

I’ve had a very good experience so far. Renting items was simple and hassle free, and I really liked the option to purchase the rented items later. There was a minor issue with the refund due to a cancelled order, but the customer support team handled it very well and resolved it promptly.

The most horrible customer service

The most horrible customer service. Rather than solve an issue they wake up only when you withhold a payment. Then their true colour surfaces which is more of being goonda mawaalis rather than a professional setup. They resort to harassment, threats and rude executives who talk as though you are wrong in not paying instead of them for not listening or solving the issues.
Never ever do part payments or choose combos or return because then its a sheer nightmare. Just take products and renew for exactly one month everytime. They have no flexibility accountability or responsibility towards their products or customers!
