I managed to make a donation at the end but the web site is far from friendly and you cant contact anyone to get help as the phone number given doesn't connect with anyone,

What a nice touch for the family
What a nice touch for the family. This made donating to my Bro's nominated charity so easy! It was nice to leave a message for the family but also to be able to read others memories and kind words. To be able to light a virtual candle as well was nice.
I was a bit sceptical, not sure why, but so happy that we agreed to have this for him and the family.

Excellent idea
I wasn't aware that this service existed.The site is a good idea as it allows friends,relatives and neighbours to leave messages that others can access and read.Easy to use,also liked the light a candle section.

Everything was perfect
Everything was perfect. The funeral directors were kind and so respectful.
The burial ground was beautiful, quiet and we weren’t hurried up to finish.
It was so lovely and also sad, but we did leave with a good memory of the day.
