The meals are good and taste fine my only issue with it is the banana bread when I first order it and for the first 3 months the banana bread was a good size now it’s been half but still costs the same. Other than that I will stay with fuel hub as other brands are not as good

Fantastic food for great value
The food has been fantastic and I've really enjoyed every meal that I have had. Couldn't be happier and it really is value for money. It takes all the stress away after finishing work to have these meals all ready to go.

Glad I switched to fuel hub
I switched to Fuel Hub after getting a bit fed up with Prep Kitchen, mainly because the meals just weren’t doing it for me. A lot of the meals felt like they had been padded out with loads of sloppy vegetables or random ingredients that didn’t really match what the meal was supposed to be. You’d order something like a chorizo lasagne and it would end up feeling more like a mixture of things rather than an actual chorizo lasagne.
Fuel Hub feels completely different. The meals are much more straightforward and actually feel like what they say they are — proper whole cuts of meat, burgers, pasta dishes etc., without adding loads of unnecessary stuff just for the sake of it.
For me, Fuel Hub seems to focus on simplicity and taste, while keeping the meals true to what they’re actually meant to be. Sometimes less really is more, and I think that’s what makes the meals so much better.
I do however wish they had an app

The quality of food was amazing
The quality of food was amazing, the food arrived on time with ice packs, the service was great. I used Fuel hub due to being unwell and unable to cook for myself, I needed lots of protein and that’s what I got, tasty meals with lots of health benefits. Cancellation was easy, got a reply very quickly. These guys have got quality of food and service spot on, would recommend and use again in the future, Thank you

Not everything that was ordered arrived.
They knew this (as it was on the dispatch email) but didn’t give me a refund or tell me until I double checked and reached out,
Refund was quick but I should not have to chase this to happen. If you don’t send it, refund people straight away.
Edit - the team got back in touch with me which I appreciate. They went out of their way to rectify the situation. I am not giving 5 stars as it took this to get to this point but I do want to rate the team for the way they have going around sorting the issue, keeping in touch with me etc.

All round performance
Ease of website, quality and selection of food, delivery all excellent. Only improvement to make is the print quality of individual content labels attached to meal slip cases. Printer used is not suitable for substrate. Also when there is a cold dip supplied with the meal this should be highlighted on the heating instruction as a reminder to remove prior to placing in the oven.

Reduces the mental load ... winning
I chose these meals specifically for my husband. He has limited time for his lunch so to have them all there in the fridge for the week is so easy. The portion sizes work for him and choosing the low carb as he is diabetic is a good option. It's something else I don't have to think about, reducing the mental load whilst staying on track with diet management.

The best there is out there!
We love using FuelHub for convenience and healthy meals with our busy lifestyle. The food is always fresh, tasty and great quality, with plenty of choice. We really love the high protein content of the meals and the choice of high/low calorie meals!
The whole service is convenient and consistently excellent, highly recommend!
