We have loved ordering meals from…
We have loved ordering meals from FuelHub, they don't feel like you are buying them from the store but that actually someone has cooked them. We do wish for more veggies with the meat options as there are mostly potatoes with all the meals but overall super happy with the food and all the options they have.

We're delighted to hear how much you've enjoyed ordering from FuelHub and that our meals have that homemade, freshly prepared feel. That's exactly the experience we aim to create, so it's fantastic to hear that this comes across in the quality and taste of our meals.

Some good some not so good
Personally some of the meals I felt were too greasy and week on week the menu choice didn’t change much so felt repetitive

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback Carol.
We're sorry to hear that some of the meals didn't quite meet your expectations. We understand that taste preferences are very personal, and whilst many of our customers enjoy the flavour, portion sizes, and variety of our meals, we appreciate that certain dishes may not suit everyone's individual preferences.
We also appreciate your comments regarding the menu feeling repetitive. We currently offer around 40 dishes across our menu, including a wide range of chicken, beef, lamb, fish, and vegetarian options, with monthly menu rotations and new recipes introduced to provide as much variety as possible.
A member of our customer service team has already reached out to you directly to discuss your experience in more detail. We would really appreciate the opportunity to understand your feedback further and see how we can help address your concerns.
Thank you again for taking the time to share your thoughts with us.

Just wow! This is not a “microwave meal”
This is my first week with fuel hub, I work 20 hours a week and just don’t have time to cook, and I’m actually blown away with not only the quality of the food but the flavour! This has been an absolute game changer for me! I get everything I need so the coach is happy, but I actually love it! Just upped my subscription to 25 per week 💪🏻😅

The food is delicious and very well prepared. The calorie content is very useful , especially when dieting. However, I do think more dishes should be introduced , as there’s a lot of oriental cuisine, which I personally don’t like and tend to give a miss.
The burgers are delicious!

Don’t get me wrong the food is nice
Don’t get me wrong the food is nice, but the containers warped in the delivery box and lost liquid, so not a good start and then for me the meals contained too many carbs, bulking out with potatoes or pasta, not so good if you’re trying to stay in Keto. But they were tasty if carbs aren’t a problem. The low carb options weren’t very filling.

Complete disaster…
Meals are mass produced with no care whatsoever, paneed items have no colour and overcooked, very poor food, the more expensive steaks are chewy and hard as hell, can't even eat them, not to talk about the dwlivery company, leaving the box at the door in plain sight without even ringing the bell, not even trying! Worst experience ever for me.. I wasn't expecting delicious super tender and fresh meals becuase nowadays that's too much to ask, but not even close to decent..
