its a scam company they give you deep discounts and you place an order. i placed an order taking a risk and did a payment of 1750 through COD. on opening a package i noticed they sent me a cheap tshirt from Bangladesh i couldn’t reach them through mail i reported them on instagram and placed a cyber crime complaint on them

Fake company...they are sending us used cloths and they even dont response our msgs ! Don't buy from them !

Plz don't buy anything from this site it's actually scam , I recently order 2 sets sports wear but they sent wrong item . When I complained about it they didn't respond. They didn't even put any mobile number fir customer service. Plz people don't buy anything.

really bad and disappointing. for 2 active-wear (sports wear) sets they sent 1 old oversized man pants. This is a scam company, no phone number. Even on COD they pulled this fraud on my friend. how can Instagram promote such website?

Ich persönlich habe das Mittel fronline Tri-Act für Hunde und Frontline Combo für Katzen über die Apotheke geholt ,für Hund 40-60 kg und 10-20 kg ,sowie für Katzen bis 8 kg. .Das Kauf Kriterium für mich war ,daß es auch gegen Mücken helfen sollte ,leider wussten die Mücke nichts davon .Und das Mittel zeigte dort überhaupt keine Wirkung.Was absolut enttäuscht war für den Preis was das Mittel kostet. Der Schutz gegen Flöhe ist nicht mal 4 Wochen.2 Wochen nachdem sie frisch behandelt wurden ,fand ich Flöhe .(Auto und auch Wohnung werden regelmäßig mit behandelt) das passierte bei dem vorigen Flohmittel nie dort brauchte es regulär alle 4 wochen eine Behandlung. Allerdings habe ich bei meinen Hunden keine einzige Zecke gefunden, bei meinen Katzen schon.(2 Stück) was aber absolut vertretbar ist ,nichts wirkt 100% ig . Deswegen die 2 Sterne für die nicht Wirkung gegen Mücken und verkürzte Wirksamkeit bei Flöhen .

Why scam people i will report this thing in the cyber cell and take ur site down i promise.

I ordered the Caduceus Necklace 3 weeks before Christmas. It was unclear if the finish was gold or silver. I received the product in 12 days and was surprised to see two necklaces, one in each finish and they arrived in time to be mailed for Christmas. This was a good experience with the company.

This is a follow-up from my message earlier this week. I received my items ( finally). It was a long time waiting. I placed the order 11/15/22
(approximately). That order never arrived too me. The person I believe I was in touch with via email did reachout to me. Very apologetic and sent out another order ( no charge). I did receive a message later in the week that some items had sold out. Thank God though on 12/20/22 I received my items and it was ALL there. I really did not want to have to deal with them any longer then I have too and I'm sure they felt the same way. FYI, you must communicate with them often to let them know about your order. It's not the company, unfortunately, its the delivery service they use. Hopefully, if there are a lot of complaints they will decided to go through another service before they lose a lot of great customers. Their jewelry is beautiful and of great quality they don't deserve to have that type of problems with a terrible delivery service, bad business. Good Luck!

Beide Katzen haben schwere Vergiftungszustände nach Anwendung!!! Habe es gewaschen gebürstet an der Stelle das Zeug klebt wie kleber. Zum Glück konnte ich es noch runter "waschen bürsten" bevor es schlimmeres verursachr hätte. BITTE WEND3R 3S NICHT BEI EZREN TIEREN AN!! GIFT

I would also give this company zero stars if I could. Not willing to work with their customers. Not customer focused. Basically I told them I thought they weren’t a good company because they refused to uphold their free shipping as per our group order and they then refused to ship my item.
I gave them ample opportunity to uphold their order and make it right. For a small company you would think they would have better standards. Poorly run.

would give 0 stars if I could !! Used a sister site to order a lamp - but payment went to frontlineshop.com, did not receive a lamp got 2 pairs of cheap nasty sunglasses. When I contacted customer services they asked me to keep the glasses which I declined- they then asked me to send the glasses back at my cost to china - again I refused. Then the bartering began to try to get a refund 3 months down the line I am still waiting & they are now ignoring my emails. Kept on telling how they would be out of pocket & it was better for me to keep the sunglasses. Apparantly they are waiting for the manager to authorise my refund - goodness knows where the manager is - probably holidaying in a luxury hotel somewhere with the money conned out of people like me. Blockpavingessex.co.uk is the sister company - avoid avoid avoid.

Placed an order on 27th November 2020, I am still waiting for my order to arrive and today is 4th Janaury 2021.

I am feeling that this is a bogus company and I have been scammed.

Ich habe Ware zurück gesendet und über 100€ nicht zurück erhalten!! Es sind schon über 3 Monate her!! Frechheit!

Leider habe ich seit Monaten keine Rückmeldung auf Mails bzw. Rückerstattung meiner Retour bekommen.

Das ist schade und ärgerlich!

Ware wurde erfolgreich retourniert. Nach mehreren Anrufen sagte der Kundenservice man werde das Geld innerhalb von 3 Werktagen zurückzahlen, doch von dem Geld war und ist nichts zu sehen. Somit Ware weg, Geld weg.
Ganz miese Aktion frontlineshop! Ganz mies...

Meine ordnungsgemäß retournierte Ware wurde nicht verarbeitet, weshalb Klarna jetzt ein Inkasso-Verfahren eingeleitet hat. Absolute Frechheit, werde nie wieder bei Frontline bestellen!
