Absolutely fantastic this is. Went to sports direct for some school trainers to be told about this. It makes my life so much easier knowing I can use this as a backup. With affordable monthly payments.

They don't tell you that if you order an item and it doesn't fit, not only do you have to pay postage to return it, but they also don't refund the cost to post to you.

No hidden payments, also the monthly payment makes it easy to shop as it help me to budggeting.

It is easy to click on when purchasing an item online and you are informed what you have to pay and when. Also you receive a reminder just before the date for paying. You can do 3 months or longer which is good for managing your money. I find this all very useful and brilliant.

Im glad i got Frasers plus account as get extra discounts and interest free over 3 months and I wouldnt of usually gone to sports direct but now I do all the time, happy customer

They make it nice and easy for you to open an account and make a purchase but when it comes to trying to pay off your purchase or to reduce the amount off months over which you want to it pay back, they then make you try and download the app and fiddle through that. It should be a lot simpler to pay off my balance in full, through my account through the Fraser plus website without having to download an app to do this. Definitely won’t be using this service again.

Excellent service

I wanted to give zero stars for the absolute dire experience I have had with the bistro garden set I ordered but it wouldn’t let me. So I had to give it one star. This has been a nightmare from delivery onwards. There’s a fault with the order and I opted to return it for a full refund. This item has still not been collected by Evri, who by the way must be one of the worst ever couriers to use. I am paying for this item which is not fit for purpose through no fault of my own, and cannot get a refund until it is received back at House of Fraser. This has been going on for at least 3 weeks now. Your customer service is rubbish and I can honestly say I will never ever buy a furniture item from House of Fraser again. One very pissed off customer 😡😡😡
