Excellent service!
After being let down 3 days prior to moving day by City Removals, I contacted Fox Removals and spoke to Mike. He arranged a prompt video call to assess the move & provided a quote within a couple of hours.
Some of my belongings were going to storage so Mike arranged it for the next day (Weds) and the house move for Friday.
On Wednesday Brian & Daryl came and on Friday they came again, this time with Richard. The access for both properties was challenging, however they worked quickly, tirelessly, and with good humour. Nothing was too much trouble.
I cant thank them enough and would recommend them without hesitation.
Thank you to everyone who helped make my move completely stress free!

Hi Rae,
Thank you for taking the time to share your experience following what must have been a stressful situation after being let down at short notice. We’re so pleased Mike was able to step in quickly, arrange the video survey, and get everything organised for you at pace, including the storage and moving dates.
It’s great to hear that Brian, Daryl and Richard handled the challenging access so efficiently and kept things positive throughout. We’ll be sure to pass your kind comments on to them and to Mike as well.
We really appreciate your recommendation and are delighted we could help make your move go smoothly in the end. Wishing you every happiness in your new home.

We also appreciate your suggestion about labelling the sides of each box rather than just the top. That’s a practical point and something we can certainly take on board to make unpacking easier.

I had a very good experience with my move. The company communicated well leading up to the move. The lorry arrived on time. The removal crew were very polite and during the packing they checked in with us regularly to confirm items were ready to be packed. They quickly took off a door to allow a large item to be removed, with no difficulty. Everything was well packed and labelled and nothing was damaged. Overall a very positive experience.

The first lift by John and Rhys was great, very friendly, very accommodating and efficient. The first drop by Richard and Rhys was very different, Richard was surly, had to be reminded to assemble beds and did not plumb in washing machine. Did the bare minimum. Second drop with John and Rhys again perfect.

Excellent company.
The men who moved us were friendly and very efficient. They turned up on time and were very reassuring. It was not an easy job as my road was very narrow with lots of impatient drivers trying to pass. They kept in contact with me throughout the process. They put covers down to protect the carpets at the new house as it was wet. They reassembled my dining table. All in all I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them. It made the process of moving a little less stressful. Thank you.
