The three young men that moved us were great. Very efficient and sorted the move in a very methodical way. They were friendly, respectful and very helpful.

NO FUSS
No fuss. Good advice and very supportive as undertaking not just a house move but relocating to a completely new area as a widow. Fox Group even transported my car. Nothing was too much trouble for Carl and Phil. They worked calmly and efficiently throughout the 2 days of the move. Gold star treatment and service. Well done and a big "Thank you both".

5* Removal and Storage service
We have used Fox Removals and Self storage for number of years now to assist with many large renovations projects (and sometimes the smaller ones too) that we undertake. They will coordinate the safe collection of any of our clients furniture, gym equipment, office furniture etc., de-assemble and label as necessary and take to securely store for us for at their local storage facility until the work is completed. Once complete, they’ll then arrange for the items to be taken back to site, re-assembled and even set out in the room.

Brilliant company
From the first time I contacted Leighton at Fox, I found him absolute star. It was a pleasure dealing with someone who epitomised excellent customer service, nothing was too much trouble for him. He didn't see problems he saw solutions, he was a ray of sunshine in a world where customer service seems like a foreign word.
The boys who moved our furniture caried on in the same vein, friendly, helpful and efficient, nothing was too much trouble.
I have to take my hat off too the driver of the van. The rear access to our house is quite difficult, however he managed too reverse a large van to where it needed to go - a brilliant piece of driving.
I would thoroughly recommend the Cwmbran branch of Fox.

Excellent service!
After being let down 3 days prior to moving day by City Removals, I contacted Fox Removals and spoke to Mike. He arranged a prompt video call to assess the move & provided a quote within a couple of hours.
Some of my belongings were going to storage so Mike arranged it for the next day (Weds) and the house move for Friday.
On Wednesday Brian & Daryl came and on Friday they came again, this time with Richard. The access for both properties was challenging, however they worked quickly, tirelessly, and with good humour. Nothing was too much trouble.
I cant thank them enough and would recommend them without hesitation.
Thank you to everyone who helped make my move completely stress free!

Both the removal guys Carl and Paul were amazing. Went above and beyond to help, very patient with the wait to het the keys and great with my little boys who just wanted to be involved. Top notch service and would recommend to anyone needing their services.

I had a very good experience with my move. The company communicated well leading up to the move. The lorry arrived on time. The removal crew were very polite and during the packing they checked in with us regularly to confirm items were ready to be packed. They quickly took off a door to allow a large item to be removed, with no difficulty. Everything was well packed and labelled and nothing was damaged. Overall a very positive experience.

The first lift by John and Rhys was…
The first lift by John and Rhys was great, very friendly, very accommodating and efficient. The first drop by Richard and Rhys was very different, Richard was surly, had to be reminded to assemble beds and did not plumb in washing machine. Did the bare minimum. Second drop with John and Rhys again perfect.

Moving without stress
We were absolutely delighted with the efficient, friendly service we received this morning from Brian, Jonathon, Ryan and Carl. They worked so well together and packed away our furniture into crates ready for storage, like putting a jigsaw together.
