No customer support and too many bugs

When I use Forte with Logic Pro, it doesn’t do half of what it’s supposed to do, and it messes up the stem names when importing them into Logic.

Customer support is practically impossible to find. A couple of weeks ago, I replied to an old email from Nicola because I couldn’t find any other way to contact support. I still haven’t received a response.

The email thread was originally about another bug from six months ago, where Forte would randomly go completely black while in use. I never received a response regarding that issue either.

At this point, I would like these issues fixed or be offered a refund.

I can't say enough good things about this company. Starting off first with their customer service, which is absolutely the best in the business, IMO. The ability to reach out to them, and have productive and informative conversations with the CEO and creators of the product, speaks volumes. They LISTEN to their customers. They keep updating a product that is miles ahead of the competition, and only getting better. I've been a fan since the beginning, and it's crazy to see how far this product has advanced in such a short amount of time. Definitely try Forte if you haven't. I believe there is a limited features version that you can try, that is always available to you. The product is a bit pricey, but you cannot place a price on time. Forte saves me time!

As a composer, sound designer, and mix engineer working in both stereo and Dolby Atmos, having an efficient session prep process is essential.
Forte AI’s F-Post Studio simplifies AAF import and organization in a very practical way. The ability to preview and arrange sessions before bringing them into Pro Tools is a noticeable improvement over the typical workflow.
What really stands out is how much time it saves by reducing the amount of manual cleanup normally required. The system is intuitive, and I was able to integrate it into my workflow immediately.
Overall, it’s a thoughtfully designed tool that helps shift the focus away from technical setup and back onto the creative side of post production.

Really responsive to suggestions and bug reports. Quick to assist with setup questions, etc. The software is under constant development and improvement to fit more workflows.

Forte AI is a GREAT product. It makes stem bouncing a walk in the park. I bounce out stems for hundreds of songs each month and it has saved me so many hours.
Integration with Logic works perfectly.
I can also highly recommend for setting up new sessions. Great work!

Forte AI has quickly become a daily part of my Pro Tools workflow. The import and export automation saves a ton of time and removes a lot of repetitive busywork, especially when I’m turning around deliverables fast. On top of that, the Forte team is great to work with, communication is clear, quick, and genuinely helpful. Highly recommend if you live in Pro Tools and want your sessions moving faster.

Considerably better value than the main competitor and MUCH simpler. I'm not a programmer (though granted, some music people are...), so spending hours learning how to set everything up, learning to code and wading through a sea of java script whenever you encounter any issues is totally counter-intuitive to me. It actually hinders workflow and slows things down. Particularly when relying on end users, who are often busy audio pros themselves, to bug-fix and maintain the software whilst paying multiple subscriptions for the privilege. It also lacks the instrument detection features of Forté, which is where a significant portion of the time saving is had.

Forté is the way to do it IMO. It's a well thought out, purpose-built application, with a friendly UI and intuitive UX for a reasonable price. They took on board my suggestions - even arranging a call to discuss some of my feature requests and gave me a bit of a product roadmap, which was excellent. Cutting edge tech, but handled in an old-school, human way which I LOVE.

This is exactly how AI should be being used in the creative space IMO. Not to make creative decisions, but to make tedious, boring and complex tasks as simple as possible, so you can create in the most uninhibited way. Loving it so far and looking forward to future developments.

Forte is an incredible AI-powered software that is honestly life-changing for tasks that can sometimes take hours. This is the type of AI any musician, record producer, mixer, or engineer could embrace, it truly makes our jobs easier. The program is not only intuitive, but also very teachable, especially if you have a larger studio staff. The import and export options are extremely useful, particularly when exporting large, detail-heavy sessions that require precision. It literally cuts stem creation down to minutes. I’m such a fan and supporter of Forte! This is the future!

Forte AI converts stereo to mono, assigns tracks to buses, and colors everything automatically, or you can customize it manually. On top of that, the stem bouncing features are fire. The company’s support is super responsive. Huge win for the king of stem preparation.

The best value assistance product for mixers and an incredibly capable piece of software. I successfully used the free trial with no help needed, when I purchased a license the email updates linking it to my account were very quick and clear. Tech support in the discord seems very convenient and all at a fraction of the price of any other options (for the bouncing/exporting stems side, I'm not sure of any session prep "competition")

I originally gave Forte! 4 stars when I first came on board. Since then I have seen the team work on and consistently improve and add to this product and I can happily say that I’m now very happy to give this 5 stars. So glad I bought this rather than BounceBoss (especially seeing all the new features and hearing about where it’s headed). Thank you Team Forte! I’m really pleased I purchased the lifetime perpetual license!

What a time saver! This is an amazing tool. It does all the steps i've been doing for years (and wishing I had the cash to pay an assistant to do). Now its done in about a minute!
