Forest Contract Omdömen

Initially Forest contract were great. We bought on line and they were very helpful with videos to enable us to see the product, sent us material samples. Their range and flexibility on sofas was brilliant. The product was manufactured in good time. The only downside was delivery which was both very expensive and then failed on the first occasion. Forest contract was unsympathetic and also refused compensation.

We have very specific requirements; bright colours, arms on chairs and high seats etc. Forest allowed us to get exactly what we wanted. Easy to deal with and keep their promises.

Nice to deal with a company who do what they say, no complaints from initial contact to delivery of goods. Quality of goods excellent, would recommend Forest.

Great comms from the beginning, even managed to find an old contract that my predecessor ordered from them and matched the bits of furniture to the old ones. Great quality work, will use them again.

We are really pleased with the corner sofa we ordered from Forest. A number of years ago we ordered furniture from them and it has certainly stood the test of time and I am in no doubt that the new purchase will too!

I would use them again.

Would use again. Friendly, honest and straight forward.

The team at Forest Contract were very helpful, knowledgeable and efficient. My order arrived before Christmas and the sofas, headboard and chairs were perfect! The items are weighty, well made and great quality. Many thanks!

Table base ordered, despatched on time, one small plastic foot broken on delivery which was replaced immediately.
Thanks

Having explored ebay and other internet sites for tabletops for my cafe, I came across forest furniture, their price, quality of product and the customer service is second to none. The payment was made by phone and the table tops arrived a few days later. The packaging was also very secure to prevent any damage in transit. Rather than wasting time trekking through ebay and other sites in the future. I would certainly be using these guys first!

As a business man I need to keep an eye on cost. Forest contract make quality products at a realistic price for businesses. We are very pleased with the products we received from them and the service which they offered.

Michelle was extremely patient and informative when designing furniture.
The furniture arrived on time and was exactly what we ordered.

I found Forest contract on the internet and can thoroughly recommend their service and product. They were most helpful helping me to choose the bar stools that I wanted and I am delighted with them. Can thoroughly recommend this company.

We found staff helpful, available, and informative - engaged with our project, and helpful in accommodating our needs. It was particularly useful to be able to visit a venue in our area where we could try out the model of chair before deciding to purchase. We appreciated being sent samples to chose our own fabric, and the finished product has received compliments for comfort and style.

I needed to make an order with out having time to wait for swatches and the customer service was excellent at sending me photos of how products compared and making good informed suggestions. This was augmented with advice on sizes and configurations plus a speedy execution. I found the information flow and updates very transparent and really helped manage all expectations. Thankyou, we are also very pleased with the end product and will definitely recommend and use Forest contract again!

We were very pleased with the items we purchased from this company and the customer service was excellent.
