Forest Contract Omdömen

Chris at Forest provided us with the perfect combination of furniture for a new hospice cafe. A design brief was sent through and matched- the look, feel and combinations were just right -responses and deliveries were timely, professional and Chris was a pleasure to deal with, thank you!

Throughout the whole process Chris and the forest Sofa team were fantastic. They understood the need to take our Members at the Golf Club with us as we embarked on what would be quite a radical transformation of the clubhouse. They were generous with their time and fabric swatches whilst we made our decisions on colourways and styles, helped with CAD layouts to confirm seating and capacity, and most importantly kept us informed of progress during the manufacturing phase. The entire ordered was delivered on time and in full on the date we requested. I cannot fault their service and would strongly recommend them.

Excellent service from start to finish.
Chris was so helpful with information and sending out samples which helped make our decision quick and accurate.
Everything was delivered as described and was timely and efficient. Everyone has commented on the quality of the tabletops.
Thank you

Excellent service from start to finish helped with all aspects of our order with great communication and furniture delivered as promised, Chris made the whole experience very easy especially as we had a tight turn around

Fantastic service from Chris and quality items delivered!
We were really pleased to find a local company that were able to meet our requirements and also offer a really competitive price for the goods.
We were also very impressed with the quality of the booths and the colour matching was fantastic!
Chris kept up updated every step of the way and we will really pleased with our order.

Great communication with all involved in our order and delivery was as scheduled. The sofas and beds are excellent contract quality for a good price. We will definitely order more furniture when we are refurbishing our holiday lodges.

Great service from Luke and Richard on the delivery team. Quick and efficient, also creative as it was a challenge getting the couch into my house. Nice fellas

Luke and the other guy whose name I can't remember were spot on. They even moved my old sofa out of the house.

Forest Contracts have been most helpful in the design, pricing and delivery of the hair and beauty equipment for the college. Quotes were turned-around very quickly and the same for subsequent revisions. Chris Allen kept the team updated with delivery times and these were met to the delight of the College.

found Forest very professional from first call, site visit and then work done, which is excellent. would not hesitate to recommend them

We engaged this company to produce seating for our chain of Redz Diamonds stores. Very satisfied with product and Chris very helpful to deal with.

This is the second group of couches we have ordered and I'm about to order some more - speaks for itself I guess !
Exceptional customer service and product quality is great too.

we have been using Forest Contracts over 200 times during 2023, their service is second to none, very professional and attentive, our account Manager Michael has made sure every order we have placed has been meticulously handled, the products we have bought have been greatly admired by our customers and some have even asked for the details of our supplier which is great, we will be continuing to use Forest for the foreseeable future

We have created a new lodge park in The Forest of Dean and used Forest Contract many years ago when we refurbished our golf club house in Cheshire.
On this occasion we dealt with Chris Allen and he was totally helpful, professional and nothing was too much for him.Chris replied to my emails promptly with all the answers to my queries.
We are very happy with our furniture and we would definitely recommend Forest Contract and have no hesitation in using them again. Many thanks to all the team.

Thank you to the team at Forest for the recent installation of bespoke banquette seating in a commercial project of mine. From the initial quoting through to the install it has all been fantastic, and the finished product looks amazing! I am really pleased and looking forward to working with you again soon.

After a bad experience with a previous furniture company who supplied very inadequate chairs at a very high price we came across Forest and ordered some new chairs to replace the ones we were losing rapidly.

Being a pub we require hard wearing, strong sturdy chairs and that's exactly what we got, having had them now for around 18 months they are still as good as new (compared to our previous product from a different company of which dozens had already broken in the same period of time, they were made with poor material and just poorly made in general) yet these new ones from Forest came at a fantastic price aswell.

We have since ordered 3 more lots of the same chairs and all have been fantastic quality.

Would highly recommend !

The products looks great, the service was good, the price competitive.

Chris was so quick to respond and offer options, fantastic service. Would highly recommend infact already have - Really Brilliant *****

First class, exceptional quality, arrived when they said it would, great value…

We have used Forest Contract for all our sofas since our first order in 2010, following a visit to their factory to see them being made and to have a look at their range of sofas. Despite being a small customer, the company have always been helpful and have dealt with any issues quickly. Being able to customise each item to suit really helps and they have been happy to send us material samples and other information as and when we've needed.

The sofas all seem well constructed and have lasted the test of time for use in our holiday accommodation. Thanks to everyone at Forest Contract, in particular, initially we dealt with with Rob who we met at the factory, then Michelle and most recently Chris.
