Called in to purchase a focus powerfold mirror colour matched to the car and as luck would have it Sunny found one for me which I duly purchased, I found the team welcoming and helpful and have requested other parts for a later date, what's even better is the company is right on our doorstep literally and makes purchasing something you can actually see before you buy which is a preference of mine, very pleased.

I went to these guys for a few wheel nuts for my ford cmax,sunny was so helpful that he gave them to me for free plus put them on my car for me.good customer service lots of parts available genuine.

I purchased a second hand alternator from Fords Spare Parts Ltd. In their own words it was “checked prior to selling” — yet it was faulty. I paid £100 to have it professionally fitted at a garage, taking time off work to do so. Once fitted it showed no charge whatsoever. The seller refunded the part cost, which I appreciated, but flatly refused to cover the £100 fitting fee I lost through no fault of my own. I have now had to buy a brand new alternator and pay fitting costs all over again. I acted in good faith throughout. A business selling second hand parts should take responsibility when those parts fail. I would not recommend this seller.

Purchased A Ford fiesta engine which I was told had 32k miles. when fitted the garage doing the fitting told me looked more like 132k miles. Immediately on start up it blew compression gases into the water jacket,so head gasket gone. Ford spare parts would not replace until the fitting garage did a diagnostic test on video. They would not then pay for the labour fitting. I would NEVER use them again. All this info is backed up with video and emails on their reluctance to deal with.

Called these guys seemed knowledgeable and friendly. Said bumper would definately fit my car. I drove 1.5 hours each way. When I got home it was the wrong bumper.

I phoned them and they said return it. I had to drive another 3 hours return wasting my time and petrol money.

I wasn't very pleased. Avoid if you can

They were given my car registration said they looked it up and it fitted. I didn't need to check it as I was told it would definately fit. There are only subtle differences but it won't fit.
They said it would definately fit on the phone when I called them.
They apologised but offered nothing in return for my wadted 3 hour journey or fuel.
