Really good delivery service
Really good delivery service. Arrived in good time and well packaged. I did have an issue with the part I’d ordered, but I received good customer service when I contacted them and they rectified the issue so I’d use them again.

First class service at reasonable prices. Ordered my wing mirror on the Monday and received it the following day. Well worth the money and in excellent condition. Highly recommended.

Excellent customer service
Ordered a headlight but unfortunately it was badly damaged. Sent an email with photos to show that the part was unusable and received a replacement within 2 days. Great customer service, would use again in the future.

We try our very best to package items well but unfortunately couriers do handle them roughly, in tos occasion it has been broke in transit. I will all ways work with genuine customer with issues, we are here to help just drop us a call and things will be rectified. Don’t do what what the Karen ( Nicola Rogers ) is doing above trying to review her way to getting what she wants even though she is at fault, she has left over 6 reviews of different platforms, we are a genuine company with 15 years trading we sell used car parts some times errors are made some times items are damaged we will always work to sort them out. One way of another.

Excellent customer service, exactly what it says on the tin. You get what you pay for, not the cheap version after the money has left your account. Pleasure doing business with these guys, in my case side skirts for my focus. Very well wrapped, very quick delivery. Get your fordbits from these guys you won't be disappointed. 5*

Fantastic service
Fantastic service! I bought a 1.8 tdci engine for my Transit Connect after the wet belt snapped on my engine. Arrived very quickly and van was back on the road in no time. The engine was in great condition with no smoke and much quieter than my old engine. Pleasure to deal with 10/10

Excellent service would definitely recommend. This company go above and beyond to help their customers. I have just bought my son a Ford Fiesta, lovely looking car, runs perfect and my son is really pleased with it. Service at Ford bits has been brilliant from start to finish.

Couldn’t fault the experience!
Very quick response from Ford Bits when I submitted a nationwide enquiry for a Focus headlight via BreakerLink.
Photos were provided to me so I could confirm the part was correct before it was sent and I received it the next day.
Very fair price considering all the bulbs were included too!
