Ollie murrs and tim, sold me my car, great communication back and for via email, finance was easy . Really enjoyed the personal car video. Car is amazing what a beast !!! Named her babbs.

I have just brought a used Jazz from Foray in Poole. They are part of the Ford English dealership & they sell second hand cars. Matthew Ladle was the salesman that we dealt with & was by far the most helpful, considerate & kind car salesman I have ever met. We had already spent 28 days looking for a second hand Honda Jazz in good condition by the time we met him and we were getting disheartened & depressed. We had nearly give up. Most salesmen were at best unhelpful or dismissive & some were dishonest. Matt was helpful from the moment we walked into the showroom. We said we wanted a Jazz. He did not have one on the forecourt but at once went to check to see if there was one available. He described a car that sounded perfect for us that they had purchased but had not yet arrived. They let us have first refusal. (We put a £100 returnable deposit on it.) When it arrived, we did a test drive & also a mechanic friend checked it over. He found a few little things which they happily put right for us. (A second hand car always has something to fix, after all it is not new!) It was lovely to have these things sorted rapidly and well. Then they delivered the car for free to our front drive, which made things much easier for us. Matt answered every question we could possibly ask! He looked up anything he did not know which was above and beyond the call of duty! He showed us how to use the various gadgets that we were not familiar with. In fact he could not have been more considerate and helpful. He was never pushy & never ignored us. He answered all emails & phone calls promptly. He resolved all issues. He was amazingly patient. If the world was full of salesmen like this, the car industry would have a great reputation. Look out for Matthew Ladle if you need a second hand car.

What a great team at Shaftesbury! After much deliberation and putting Dylan Matthews our sales rep through the mill in regards to what we wanted, he pulled it out the bag and delivered a great car for us.
He arranged 2 test drives, 2 different car models, made courtsey, non pushy calls to update us and answered the plethora of questions. He is knowledgeable, polite and very patient! Trust me, we put him through it. Between Dylan and his Manager Sam Smith, we cannot fault their service one bit. Such a great team! Thank you so much.

Enquired about a van at the Edward’s ford commercial dealership, had to get in contact with the dealership multiple times as the first sales person decided not to get back to me. The second was just as bad, taking over a week to answer a question and promising me a video of the vehicle last week and I still haven’t received it. Having followed it up today yet again, I find out the vehicle is now sold. Would stay well away from the sales team

What a credit the Salisbury branch is to the Foray Motor Group!! After bringing an issue to their attention this morning, they respectfully listened, acknowledged, took ownership and we came to a very agreeable solution (of which they offered 3) before the morning was out. Charlotte is knowledgeable a true professional and without doubt a credit to the Company. We WILL definitely be doing business with them again in the near future.

Just taken delivery of a used VAN from Salisbury branch " EDWARDS FORD COMMERCIAL" - YES THEY DELIVERED it to me approx 100 miles away.
What a real pleasure to deal with this Ford dealer for the first time. Macauley Atkinson ( Used Van Sales) very efficient, professional & friendly manner, an absolute delight to deal with and nothing was too much trouble. A 4 year old van was prepared impeccably and my customers think its a brand new van.

Just bought Fiesta Active from Edwards Ford Salisbury--transaction was simple and carried out by Nick Martell--nothing was too much bother--was even worth the 500 mile round trip

Great experience, welcoming staff and great product.

The most incompetent company I’ve ever purchased a car from. We’ve had the car for over a month and despite numerous emails and phone calls, we still have not received the V5 certificate.

When I checked with the sales guy (who only responds to one in three mails) he had the audacity to tell me he’d do it himself rather than leaving the task with someone else (he could have done it there and then during the handover as it takes about 20 seconds) and then offers to send us the V5 number to tax the car (this is three weeks after purchase when we’d already taxed the car at his desk)

I asked to ensure it was done that day and to confirm by email. Three days later and still no response, I call to complain to the sales manager, only to get a call back by the sales guy to say that it’s still not done and he’ll do it there and then. Utterly shocking.

I only wish I'd read the Trust Pilot reviews from others before buying from Foray, as I would have a bought the car elsewhere . . . .

When the engine on our Ford transit blew up out local Ford dealership where useless. Advised by Ford to move van to Foray at Poole to ascertain what was wrong with a view to Ford contributing to the repair. Adam in the commercial department couldn't have been more helpful. He kept us in the loop and when we had negotiated a price with Ford direct, the van was quickly repaired. As a result our one man band business is still functioning. Without Adam's help and efficiency our business was in serious trouble

The dealer Yeovil Ford couldn’t do enough whilst I was enquiring and buying the car, soon as I had collected it that was it

No return calls/emails especially when a problem arose

I worked for this company for less than a year and can honestly say it is by far the most unprofessional, unstructured and at best amateur company I have ever worked for. I have three decades of experience and only working for four companies prior to this I feel I have a good knowledge of this sector. Once you get past the bright lights of the show rooms it is like going back in time to the dark ages, barely the equipment necessary to carry out the repairs and maintenance of vehicles. If you wish to see for yourself please ask to see the workshops to see what you are paying for, you would be shocked. This company is rotten to the core and from what I can see from my experience with them this starts at the top which is only ever going to trickle throughout. If you are looking for a new ford or a good dealer to repair or maintain your vehicle maybe look at other Ford dealers. I appreciate most people that leave reviews are generally very upset or very happy with a service they have received normally upset and this is the easiest way to vent, I am neither! just happy to be out of this toxic environment , to be there was my choice, a bad one maybe, bur a choice none the less! Just ask to see the place that your pride and joy will be repaired and see for yourself

Yeovil sales team - what a joke!

Ethan lied to me about the manufacturer warrantee that is left in the car. He said time remains & I checked with Ford & it is now void because the service in 2020 was not done. It is every 12 months or 12.5K miles, whichever comes first.

So I asked what warrantee they provide & was told they top up to make 12 months with a private one that can be used at any VAT registered garage. He then changed his mind a few days later saying they won't provide anything.I

They also decided to withdraw the deal they offered because I annoyed them by challenging them. They made a feeble excuse saying it was because my PX car dropped a lot of money within just a few days. Whatever, so why didn't they check before they agreed to my offer?

They got offended by me not providing an easy click & collect sale for them so they decided to withdraw the deal they agreed upon a mere 10 minutes before because I questioned them about the warantee, which they did not like.

I then got a nasty email from the general sales manager, Tim stating I emailed them 30 times negotiating a deal. What is the issue, I never knew there was a limit to how many emails a customer was authorised to send. It strikes me this company just wants an easy customer that pays a deposit, collects & that's it with no questions asked.

Astonished by the superb level of service and support I received from the Repairs team at English Ford after my car was attacked and I was threatened by a gang in a remote rural area. In my endless dealings with insurers, garages and car hire while still badly shaken, English Ford distinguished themselves by going way beyond duty; doing all they could to try and save my 21 year old much-loved car/friend, keeping me informed and offering advice and understanding at every twist and turn. Ace mechanics with a human touch. Wish all garages were like this one.

This is the second time buying a brand new Ford Transit van from Ford at Poole. Paul and his colleagues are welcoming, helpful, friendly and on point. Great professionals with an excellent cup of tea!!

Yeovil Branch - Brand new Ford Puma picked up 2nd September 21. I live in the Midlands so Yeovil being 120 miles away was not the closest dealership but by far the deal they put together was the best I could get anywhere within a 200 mile radius. A fantastic deal coupled by a great buying experience put a smile on my face. When I collected the car it was presented perfectly and Steve couldn’t have been anymore helpful if he tried. Today a few days after picking the car up Steve phoned to ask if everything was ok. I particularly thought this was a nice touch and it’s something that I will remember in a couple of years when I change my car for another new one. From the outset Tim the sales manager who put the deal together and Steve the salesman kept me updated and excited. The whole buying experience was a joy and at no point did I feel pressured, hurried or anything other than made to feel special and happy. I will definitely be going back and sharing my positive experience with family, friends and Ford.

Very minor accident damage to an essential wheelchair accessible vehicle being repaired at the Yeovil branch at the choice of the insurance company. Initially they wanted to take the vehicle in 3 weeks before they could commence work in order to meet the service level agreement they have with the insurance company. Then after the insurance company stopped them from doing this they collected it this week with a 3-4 day expected turnaround. I now find out that it is to be a minimum of 8-9 days due to delays in their workshop.
Very poor service Foray Yeovil.
