Order took 6 months and didn’t even come to my address!
I ordered football pin souvenirs off of (foot-press) and my first delivery arrived to my country (Kuwait), it took many weeks and I was wondering when it was going to come to my address. Then the parcel returned to France. Turns out I had to collect the parcel myself. First of all, why do I the customer have to collect the parcel? I'm not a delivery worker. Second of all, I paid for shipping fees and delivery fees, then I am going to get shipping AND delivery fees. Not just shipping. Third of all, let's say I was finally convinced and decided to get the parcel anyway, where would I even collect it? Like I would know where the parcel location is?? Like, what the hell?! I spent 30 euros and got scammed! I then contacted support, was kind to them, then I paid a 10 euro fee to get it back to Kuwait, I thought finally this time it turns out to deliver to my address, but here we are, I got scammed for 40 euros and the loop continues again. I just genuinely do not understand why I have to come and manually collect the parcel at the cargo place or terminal whatever myself when it can be easily delivered to my house since I, yes ME, I paid for it. Fix your delivery and shipping problems, use a better international cargo carrier and better delivery systems because this is messed up!
For context, I made my first order during August 2025, expecting it would take maximum 2 weeks or maybe even 3 weeks to deliver, I am patient, but patience has limits.
Then it took around 2 weeks just for it to get shipped to my country, then it stayed for a whole month for "processing at the local site"
What does that even mean?
After that they took my order back to France and I paid 10 euros to get it back hoping they would deliver it again this time.
Never got delivered to my house in Kuwait, it may have reached Kuwait but it never got delivered to my house! This is crazy.

We are sorry to read this review, but we must clarify several important factual points.
Both orders were processed and shipped correctly, with international tracking provided. The parcels successfully arrived in Kuwait and were handled by the local postal service. At that stage, delivery procedures are entirely managed by the destination country’s postal authorities, not by the sender.
In many countries, including Kuwait, international registered mail may require collection at a local post office or customs facility. This is a standard procedure decided by the local carrier and customs, not by the merchant.
The tracking information clearly showed that the parcels were available locally for an extended period before being returned automatically due to non-collection. We also opened an official investigation with the postal service and shared all available tracking details with the customer..
We always strive to assist our customers and provide transparent communication, but we cannot override or control the delivery policies of foreign postal services once a shipment has reached the destination country.

Application : Flocage + Patchs --> SUCCÈS
J'ai commandé un flocage ainsi que deux patchs sur le site Footpress. Tous ont été appliqué aux maillots avec succès. Quentin fait vraiment un bon travail, je recommande !

Plusieurs inexactitudes remontées dans la description des produits.
Service client en baisse.
J'ai pu avoir quelques échanges avec le patron qui s'est révélé être peu sympathique voire arrogant.
Je préfère maintenant me tourner vers la concurrence montante et plus agréable.
