UNREAL 8 WEEKS! Met some great people and made some new friendships. If you was thinking of doing this course and are hesitant don’t wait. It’s so good! Dave my trainer was everything you wanted from a trainer and more and he was a proper fella! Good luck to all the future personal trainers out there

Recently completed massage course at focus fitness, would like to thank Matt our course tutor as he’s been excellent.

I am very happy that I came across the Sports massage course, it was very fun to engage in and I enjoyed both the theoretical and practical element of it as it helped further my knowledge and the layout of the course was very good as we had enough time to fit all important aspects of the course , if you enjoy working with people and helping them feel good this course is definitely for you , I 100% recommend!

The course was greatttt . The teacher (Ben) is really friendly and always helps in expanding your knowledge . He made the elements of the practical really easy , and helped each and every individual in progressing . I really enjoyed the course and I recommend taking the course if interested.

Just completed the sports massage level 3 course and it was absolutely fantastic. Ben is a brilliant teacher very knowledgeable and made learning an enjoyable experience. The lessons were hands on which gave the class the opportunity to work on each other. The online learning was also very good because it was guided and very interactive. I can’t highly recommend Focus Fitness and Ben enough. Thank you so much
