Easy to order

Absolutely perfect
Absolutely perfect, I ordered a custom shape mattress for my Mazda Bongo pop-top. At first I thought that the delivery was taking a while until I realised that the lead times are working days, not just days. In the end I asked them if they could possibly get it delivered to me a few days earlier than the expected delivery date and full credit to them they said they'd try and they delivered it exactly when I requested it!

Memory Foam for Camper Bed
Ordered new memory foam mattress for our VW Campervan, we are away touring for the first time since we made the purchase and we both agree it has enhanced the quality of our sleep..would recommend for other folks who enjoy this lifestyle..

Perfect
Easy to understand sizing and shape instructions, delivery far sooner than expected - I do understand that my order was tiny in comparison to bulk orders, and someone has to take time to seek out a small size, measure and cut with as little waste a possible. Perfect fit, too, very happy.

Poor customer service
On working day 11 since being told my order would take 7-10 working days. I’ve emailed 4 times since last week and every single one has been ignored. I’m just glad this was a trial order as I will not be reordering or recommending.
Where is my order?
EDIT- now received a (wrong) tracking number. I must say, M in customer services is possibly the rudest person I’ve spoken to. You really should invest in some proper training, receiving an email that says ‘ Not sure I fully understand it all looks correct to me’ not even a ‘hello’ ? Shocking. Makes your company look appalling.
Ive received 3 emails, 3 voicemails and numerous responses and been told off for not answering. I work shifts. The emails I have received are absolutely vile, you ought to be ashamed of yourselves. The worst most awful company I have ever had the misfortune of dealing with. I also did not say I’d spoken to the manager? Unsure where you’ve got that from. You sent me a sequence of 10 numbers and a link to DPD. How was I to know this wasn’t a tracking? I do not work for you. The fact you think it’s acceptable to email CUSTOMERS the way you do is inexcusable. Avoid at all costs. Bullies

Dear Reader, please read this customer review and all of my reply’s and then read 16/18 previous reviews from this person nearly every other one a one star and draw your own conclusion
The customer is correct her order was not collected by carrier due to heavy traffic as a result of the start of the school summer holidays . The order was dispatched one day late. We do apologies but rather out of our control.
I must take exception to the rest of the review
I can confirm that Poppy did not speak to customer service manager today or previously
We have not ignored 4 previous email last week I asked the customer to forward them over but as yet have not arrived , nor can they be found on our server
With regard to the tracking The tracking info was not wrong . The customer forward over a screen shot of the Dpd web site with an error message. Within 20 min of receiving the screen shot customer service sent a screen shot of the tracking info
The customer then responded saying we had given the wrong tracking number and that the number should have 14 digits . Customer service rang and emailed to explain the 14 digit number was the parcel reference not the tracking number and was provide with a link and invited to take it again
Let me address the accusation of rudeness
Martin having not spoken to the customer sent an email The customer took offence to the response as it did not have a salutation at the start. As you will see from the email chain published below neither did the customer use a salutation ie Hello or Hi
Martins email when the customer said the tracking was wrong did say exactly what the customer claims
Whilst I understand that having you order delivered one day late is annoying but to suggest Marin is the rudest person you’ve spoken to when you’ve not actual done so and all correspondence is via email I feel I need to defend Martin as he goes above and beyond to give exceptional service. Don’t take my word read other reviews

Rather than respond in this tit for tat fashion it’s better to get customer service via the customer service email address however I think it appropriate considering you up date that the transcript of the voicemail and the email made available in the review for readers to draw there own conclusion as you were never told off
It is correct you receive 3 emails and some calls to day and a voice mail The perpose of which was to try to explain that the tracking number was correct it does have 10 digits
In your first part of this review you said you had spoken to Martin who is the Customer service manager
To be absolutely clear the 10 digit number we provided you with in the email starting with “Hello” explicitly tells you its the tracking number as the number is preceded with the words Tracking Number
I have no idea why you had an error message from DPD but I think your annoyance at the order being a day late has blinded you to the fact that we tracked it. Screen shot it for you however you have confused the parcel number with the tracking number
Just to be a absolutely clear the 10 digit number is the tracking number

Excellent service, I visited the site and chose the foam I wanted. They cut the foam to fit my sofa cushions straight away. Friendly and professional.Very pleased.

Mice and the cushions
Mice had made a mess of our patio furniture cushions. The company made new cushion covers and also the foam inside needed replacing, this was made easy by sending the old cushion covers which they used as a template.
There was a choice of colours and we have a close match, we were very impressed by the quality of the cushions and they are more comfortable than the original. The company also kept in contact with updates.

Placed an order and received a call to verify the details to ensure I was getting the right materials for the job. As a D.I.Y.’er this was very helpful 😊 and much appreciated. Delivery was prompt and well packed. My seat cushions looked pretty good as a result. Would highly recommend.
