Foam4u has not gone in to liquidation. it is true to say the previous owners of the site have closed down. We understand that the MD of the previous owner of the site has reached out to the customer and offered a refund.

The delivery time was not met
The delivery time was not met. Despite phoning to check and being assured it was ready, and was awaiting dispatch in time, a further call later in the week confirmed it had not been and could not be done that day. My complaint made via the website form has never been acknowledged. Product itself is good but did need to trim slightly. If it had arrived on time and/or my complaint acknowledged I would be rating it much higher.

We had some bespoke cushions made for our sofa which turned out perfect. They took a lot of care and communicated well throughout the process. Highly recommended!

Quality product and service, delivery a little slow
Easy to submit order and then received a call double checking I hadn’t made a mistake (it was an unusual requirement) and friendly advice on how to approach upholstering it. Only deducted one star because it took a couple of weeks to arrive. But if you’re don’t need the order super urgently, then the price, quality and service are spot on!
