I see a lot of bad reviews related to things outside of FloSports control, like with the internal networks of the colleges they broadcast for. I don't have many issues, but when I do they're always addressed quickly, professionally, and two complete resolution. I'm sure they wish that they had full control of the networks and therefore the entire broadcast, but it's not possible. They've done a great job for me.

Like another review I saw, if I could give it a zero, I would. I feel like this year is the worst service I have had of trying to watch St. Edwards softball. Audio and video both terrible and cuts out so bad, I usually turn it off. Contacting them through their website will get you an automated email that they apologize and are working hard to prevent problems in the future. The idea is great, the execution a disappointment.

Passing off the bracket updates to a 3rd party was definitely not a wise move. I have not been able to open the brackets or really keep track of recent match outcomes. So this is what I am paying my yearly fees for? I may have to rethink renewing my subscription. Flowrestling really blew covering the biggest wrestling event of the year.

I am very pleased with the level of customer service I received. My complaint was handled courteously and efficiently. Within 24 hours my complaint was addressed and resolved. I am very grateful.

LOVE THE IDEA OF THE SERVICE
but I found 3 races with choppy coverage.
I decided to refund my remain months as it was unwatchable.
I do however invite FloBikes to email me when the bugs are fixed. THANKS FOR GETTING Back TO ME
What exactly can your team do to prevent the lagging? I know its not at my end so......
Reading other comments shows me there is an issue.

Rheea was very prompt and helpful in responding to issues I was having. Accessing replays of certain games was frustrating. I still don't think the site has fully corrected the issue, but at least I was given a specific link in order to access those games.

Poor quality. I just finished watching a baseball game for 3 hrs. The entire game the video started & stopped, pixelated, figures with trailing ghosts. The audio was similar, the few sentences ever completed. No messages of problems from the network or any indication they were aware of any problems or were trying to fix them. Not my first issue with FloSports this year but the most recent.

Addressed my issued quickly and successfully!

I was pleased with the live streaming from FloHockey. They did a great job; however, Larry one of the announcers they could really do without. Until us parents voiced our concerns about him bashing our team, he settled down, but if you're announcing a game, you should not be biased to one team or another. The game that he was bashing our team, it wasn't even enjoyable to watch because of him. BUT we won that game, so feather in OUR cap!

I know it’s FloSports and not one of the major sports networks. And we are grateful for a way to watch games we otherwise could not have the opportunity to watched. But the commentators for the ACHA tournament being played in the St. Louis area have been HORRENDOUS! During the first Oklahoma State game we watched, the female commentator kept calling Oklahoma State ‘Oklahoma’. That’s like calling Michigan State ‘Michigan’. Not cool. She obviously did NOT do her homework before the broadcast and was just winging it without knowing what she was saying. It was more than disappointing. We almost quit watching the game because it was so bad. The next 2 Oklahoma State games weren’t much better even though they were different commentators. Both of them actually COMPLAINED when Oklahoma State celebrated a goal. WTH!?! It’s a tournament! You have to score to win and both are needed for pool play points and to get to the finals. We were dumbfounded by their comments. The same 2 gentlemen called Saturday’s OSU game vs Army. They had the AUDACITY to complain that OSU seemed nonchalant after scoring. Again, WTH!?! The day before they complained about them celebrating! Then when playing Army knowing the were already moving on, OSU didn’t celebrate as exuberantly as the day before and these guys are complaining about THAT! AND, one of them started singing the friggin Brady Bunch song during the game. Where does FloSports get these clowns!?! Aside from the more than subpar commentating, the video quality was great and we loved watching our Oklahoma State Cowboys. We live in the St. Louis Area (15 minutes from the Centene Center) and wanted to be there in person. But we were unable to. So FloSports offered the next best thing.

We experienced pausing of picture and having to reboot every once in a while. Come to find out we had too many things going on at the same time. Example, I pad, phones etc. I’m hoping that was it.

My agent was patient and persistent. Solved my issue and allowed my wife to watch almost right away.

Wonderful…. and MUCH BETTER SERVICE! Elizabeth, Bailey, and Traci have all been exceptionally helpful and appear much knowledgeable of the system. They work efficiently and shown diligence with taking action to resolve my concerns/ address my issues raised. Quick response and effectively delivered. VERY PLEASED.

Not being a tech person, i didn't know how to put the FloRacing ap on my TV from my computer. One question to customer service and about a two-sentence return with the information I needed and the problem was solved. Looked like a hero in my husband's eyes. We got to watch the Thursday evening race of High Limit racing at Las Vegas. Of course, the racing was good. Larson won.

My question was answered super fast. I wish more companies were more like FloSports. Thanks!!
