It is rare to have the opportunity of writing a complimentary review. The staff were extremely knowledgeable and helpful and answered all of my questions. The product is excellent and the price was very competitive. I would give more green stars if I could. Highly recommended. Ian, Islington.

Great service and price
Ordered 11 soundboards, after searching round this seemed to be the best price and taking into account the £50 delivery charge. Excellent communication from company and they were dropped right outside the garage couldn't have been nearer bearing in mind they are pretty heavy, highly recommend.

Floorscan - soundproofing in our apartment.
We contacted Floorscan to look at the possibility of improving the sound proofing the walls in our apartment. We have lift shaft and motor room next to our apartment.
Chris Trafford from Floorscan visited our apartment and provided a design and quotation for the work. It was a difficult location because we are on the top floor and there is limited room.
Josh and Billy worked extremely hard for the week they were installing the new soundproofing. They were easy to get on with and therefore we were able to resolve very quickly any minor issues that cropped up during the work. We also had regular visits and contact with Chris to ensure that the work progressed to plan.

Neighbour Noise Reduction
Product price, delivery and service was very good throughout the process. I had some additional questions about installation which were answered quickly. The product did its job very well and was relatively easy to put up, however be aware full panels are heavy!
My only regret is that I didn't get some additional expertise in addressing/investigating the problem as I believe I only achieved about 80% of the products capability.

The fitters were polite, hard working and even finished ahead of schedule. I would use Floorscan Acoustics again and would recommend them highly.

Couldn't recommend highly enough
I don't usually write reviews but this companies service blow me away. The team at a Floorscan are extremely professional and very knowledgable within the Acoustic arena. The work was executed brilliantly with forward thinking solutions suggested to address my noise problem and needless to say I'm delighted with the results.
