Placed an order for some knives for a birthday present quite late and close to the birthday date. No only did F & F get them dispatched in time, but also managed to get them engraved prior to dispatch as well. Great quality product (purchased knives before for our own use), helpful and fast service, first class outfit, highly recommended.

Having purchased the wrong set of knives, they were fabulous at arranging a “swap” to a different set. When we found one knife was not 100% causing some minor burring, we contacted them having met again at the Ideal Home, and they were wonderful and arranged to send a replacement immediately. Thank you so much, cannot recommend enough A+

I had read all the positive reviews and was very impressed with the knives at a flower show, where they had a stall. I thought they were quite pricey, but worth it given how good the quality appeared.
I bought the block with five knives, plus a bread knife, and initially loved them- super sharp and lovely to work with.
However, within 2 weeks one of the handles had snapped off one of them, making the knife useless.
It is not easy to work out how to contact them with an issue.
I emailed and didn’t get a reply, so went on the live chat, and was offered a replacement: unfortunately again didn’t get an email confirmation about this, so had to go back again to check the replacement was on the way.
It has now arrived, but I am bit worried about the quality of these knives- breaking completely after two weeks isn’t great, I had my last set which were much cheaper for about fifteen years.
I am hoping the rest of them are better quality

Very good product, nicely presented in wooden box, correctly engraved.
I had asked for a later delivery which had been confirmed but did not happen. Fortunately we were at home to receive the parcel

Apart from the products being top class, the service I've received over the many years I've been a customer has been nothing less than excellent. People sell to people and although I am but one of many customers, Ian, Simon and the guys on the road always go the extra mile so I feel like the only client ! Thanks guys..
