Just amazing knives and fantastic service. Without a quibble replaced(at no cost) a knife I bought 10 years ago that broke while I was crushing garlic I would give 10 stars if possible!!

Well complained about a problem with our untility knife
The metal insert had become loose
We received a very prompt response with a new knife being sent the next day
We have several of these knives which we consider to be excellent products

Had a problem with a knife which was over 10 years old. Spoke to Flint & Flame about it and they organised a replacement without any fuss. Great knives, exceptional customer service.

Decided to treat myself to some new kitchen knives and decided flint and flame was where I was going as my dad was also a chef swears by them and for a very good reason. They’re very well made, incredibly balanced and very nice to handle, the box they came in was nicely made and made it a nice unboxing experience, would definitely recommend them to anyone looking to buy new knives and will definitely be adding more to my collection in the future!

My knife was cracked, I emailed them. On the same day they replied back to me, they asked for photos, which I sent. The same day they confirmed I would be getting a replacement. Two days later my replacement knife arrived. I could not have wanted better customer service. Thank you

Ive loved my santoku knife since purchasing it but when I had an issue woth the handle the team requested pictures and were quick to send a new one with no issue under the warranty

Recently became a fan of Flint&Flame knives, to be fair I’d had never heard of them before, but was introduced to them at the Royal Cornwall Show.
So much was I impressed that I’ve bought a full set of chefs knives.
They are incredible, the quality, the feel, how sharp they are (be careful), just amazing. Couldn’t recommend highly enough.

Needed it for present, quick fast service

I called to see if flint and flame could repair a chip in one of my knives and sent them a picture of the damage
They said it was to big for them to repair but because of there warranty I could replace it for half the show price witch was great I don’t know what I would do without my knives from flint and flame

We now have a comprehensive collection of Flint & Flame knives across a broad spectrum of uses and applications. The knives are excellent quality and a very attractive addition to any kitchen.

I purchased the three knife set from your clearance range to go with other items that I had previously purchased. The item was delivered next day by your courier.
